Other reviews on Google and Yelp are right. Avoid. They should be revoked by BMW. I was straightforward and said no crap this is what I need and want. Was told one thing over text and email. Show up and get something completely different. Person I spoke with and manager was conveniently not there. They would not honor it even though I had proof. I texted manager again and now I get no reply. Just left the dealership and they could've cared less that I left.

Helped me replace a really bad punctured tire: had me towed and called an uber for me the night of my incident, and the next morning they communicated my options to me in a clear and effective manner. Recently purchased my dream vehicle from BMW College Station. I can't say enough about how positive and low key, low pressure this automobile purchase was for me. Blake, my sales advisor, was very helpful in securing my order from BMW for my M3. He was very clear and on point regarding time lines and possibilities. The purchase price was very fair given current market forces and all originally agreed upon numbers remained at purchase time. He was wonderful to work with and very responsive to my email queries. Jaiden, the BMW Genius, did a fabulous and upbeat job of keeping me informed along the way regarding my order, production and shipping. She really made this purchase a fun and memorable event. Mark, the sales manager also is very low pressure, low key and very helpful at purchase time. All in all, if you are in the market for a BMW, please give this dealership a chance to serve you. Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership!!!! They do not stand behind the cars they sell, they do not put the customer first and BMW should revoke their ability to sell their cars. I purchased a new 2023 BMW that has a broken ac and they refuse to accommodate a proper fix. Their solution to my challenge was providing me with an 800 number to file a lemon law. I'm serious. I've made repeated attempts to contact the GM, no response. I just spoke with a manager and rather than address my challenge, he hung up on me. Avoid this blemish of a small town poorly run dealership at ALL costs. AVOID. Go to a better run dealer group that actually knows how to take care of customers.

I bought my preowned BMW X.3 from the dealership when it was known as Brazos valley imports. It has been a great car, however recently I had to take it in because the electrical system was doing some thing weird. The BMW technicians in Grapevine Texas discovered an aftermarket tracking system that was affecting the electrical system. Since this was an aftermarket thing, my warranty did not cover the $600 it cost me to have it evaluated and removed. I would caution people to ask if their car has an aftermarket tracking system and to have it removed before you purchase it. Otherwise I have been very happy with the car.

Can't say enough great things about this dealership!! Service Department is awesome Jason Patek was professional and courteous and kept me informed about the service to my X4. Dealership is clean and everyone spoke to me while I was there and they had nice snack area for people in waiting area. They even have an area for small children to play. After having a horrible experience with the Tyler, Texas BMW dealership I have found my new home. Will buy all my cars from them from now on.
