Extremely Disappointed with Big O Tires – Unprofessional Service and Costly Mistakes
I have been a loyal customer of Big O Tires for over two years, spending over $10,000 on tires, rims, warranties, brakes, rotors, oil changes, and more. However, my recent experience with their service has been nothing short of disappointing and costly.
I purchased all four tires, new rims, and a warranty, with the expectation that the tires rated for 40,000 miles would provide lasting performance. After driving approximately 20,000 miles, I noticed premature wear on my front tires despite having three separate alignments and rotations performed by Big O Tires. During the first alignment, I raised concerns with Nick, a manager at the time, about the positive camber on my front tires. Nick explained that it was due to the vehicle being on the rack and assured me the alignment was done according to the dealer’s specifications. I took his response at face value, assuming it was correct.
To make matters worse, I now face the need to replace all three ball joints on the driver’s side and the tie rod ball joint on the passenger side—all of which are only two years old and have never been off-roaded. These parts, which should have lasted much longer, appear to have been damaged due to improper alignment and negligent service.
What’s most frustrating is the lack of accountability from Big O Tires. Despite being a loyal customer and spending thousands of dollars on products and services, I am left to bear the financial burden of what seems to be poor workmanship. The company's failure to honor its warranties or take responsibility for these issues has cost me significantly.
Big O Tires should be held accountable for its mistakes and should take steps to ensure customers’ vehicles are serviced properly in the future. I am extremely disappointed by the poor customer service and the financial strain this has caused me. I hope this serves as a reminder to others considering using their services.

I want to give a shout out to Big O Tires. My daughter had a flat, and made it there at 6:30. They plugged it and sent her on her way. It sounded strange, so she called them and went back, arriving 5 minutes before they closed. The gentleman told my husband (on the phone) he wouldn’t let his daughter drive on it, so he stayed past closing and put a new tire on for her. This is the first time she’s had car problems, and we are 5 hours away. She will now be using them for oil changes and everything else. Thank goodness there are still kind people!

I couldn’t recommend Big O Tires enough. The owner, Robert, is incredibly kind, professional and prompt with his customers. Everyone is very polite and quick to help. The process of ordering tires and time to get them installed is very seamless. 10/10! ??

I've had a couple of services at this location since moving here and my experiences have been very positive. Robert (and another gentleman, didn't get his name) helped me the most recent time. I appreciated that they explained my options and did not pressure me to choose one over the other.
