I came in to clarify a question at almost 3 pm, Claudia helped me, she was super nice, she was very kind to me and to all the clients who came in while I was waiting, when it was my turn, Lynette helped me, who was also cordial, in a good mood with a smile, the service I exceeded my expectations. Thank you, excellent treatment.

I came in to open an account, manager Adam made me an appointment for the next day so I didn’t have to wait! So nice! Michael was FANTASTIC! Super sweet genuine guy! Very helpful! Highly recommend!! Thank you Michael ?

The absolute worst BofA EVER! Seldom is there more than 1 teller and the drive thru is closed ! Eight customers in line and all we do is wait!

They have 20 employees walking in the bank and only 1 teller to help a line of 15 ? I have to wait 30 min for a simple deposit . And no one try to help very bad services

Can't get anyone on the phone. DON'T need the app or online services as always suggested, also those 9/10 aren't helpful. I needed to speak to someone. They don't have a hold, they waste your time with the same long and unnecessary message, say sorry our team members are busy and then it hangs up on you.

Worst customer service!!! The teller refused to look up my account number so that i could make a deposit. 30 year customer ready to pull my accounts!

Waiting time for a simple teller operation too long. Multiple employees walking around, but only one teller working and 7-8 clients waiting.Update: came during the week to ask for account for my son, he needed to be present. I was told to come Saturday as he is in school all week. Cane again to check what documents I need to bring with us. Again, told to come Saturday. Arrived Saturday. Told that it will take more than an hour without appointment. I asked why appointment was not offered to me during my last two visits, answer was "because we don't have any slots open". Very unprofessional, waste of my time. I wonder what is the "preferred" in my client status if I need to wait hours for a simple service.Update 2: Manager took immediate action after I explained my concerns and we got services in a timely manner.

Only one bank teller working during lunch hours when the line is super long. I've spent my whole lunch period here before or had to leave the line in order to make it back to work
