“Staff treats you with respect. They are knowledgeable, and they provide a performance check on your scooter/moped for free with any paid service. I had the tube in my tire replaced, and they checked the scooter for any defect. It was in perfect shape, which was great news. I put my trust in Scoots, and I believe you will too.”

“The battery on my car died at 10:40 AM today. My family called this AutoZone on Texas Ave., and Diamond was able to help us very quickly. We called around to a couple places before this AutoZone and we were told that no one couple replace the battery for us and were quoted upwards of $200. Diamond quoted us under $150 and replaced the battery himself within an hour of it dying. He was absolutely amazing!!”

A few days later I went back to the store for something completely different (windshield wiper), and Sebastian found what I needed and had someone put it on for me. “We traded in a vehicle for the electric 2023 Ariya!!! Very happy so far with the driving experience, and the ease to charge it. It comes with a few adaptors for the "trickle charge" and "normal charge", but also has a port to enable a "quick charge". We can easily charge at home so this was a no-brainer- but I can see that other buyers need to carefully consider this point until there are more charging stations available.”
