Worst management company I’ve ever worked with. They don’t care about the well being of their properties or tenants. Just want to squeeze every dollar out they can and add on unnecessary secretive charges that they can never tell you directly what they are for when asked. Totally can see why their broker got their license revoked/suspended. Wouldn’t rent from them again if my life depended on it. Just a shame.

These people are the worst. My son rented a house from them along with four other college students. First they reneged on their agreement to accept payment from a scholarship fund on one of the tenants, leaving the remaining four to pick up the rent for the 5th. They've been very difficult to communicate with. You cannot speak to a person. We have tried repeatedly. They will only communicate through the web, email, etc. Upon move in the place was not painted and the walls were all marked up from the previous tenants. There were also some real shoddy workmanship repairs on the interior. Lastly the AC went out 5 days ago and they have yet to repair it. They keep blaming this all on the owner saying they are not getting approval for the repairs. This company does not give a hoot about their clients. I have contacted legal representation. Do not rent from these people.

I could have rated them 0 if possible.
The worst property management company ever.
Don't put yourself or your property in a very dangerous situation.
They are unethical and greedy.
They are very creative with imaginary fees.
Repeated fees under different denominations...
Keep your receipt otherwise you'll pay twice the same fee.
I stopped by their office for them to provide me with explanation for the repeated fees, they were lost in their lies...so disappointed.
I feel really sorry for its owner. It is a joke!!!!
I don't think this company will last longer. Dishonesty destroys empires.

Do not rent from these properties in College Station. They are crooks ( look online for how they have been sued, their attorney has lost his license, etc). They will charge astronomical move out fees, regardless of how the move-in list looked.

I rented from Kyle Dwyer and TNT Properties - and I’m not shocked at all that he’s come under fire for alleged negligent and deceptive practices, leading to the revocation of his real estate broker’s license by the state.
Multiple complaints lodged against Dwyer allege negligent and deceptive practices, including excessive billing and misleading advertisements. In May of last year, the Texas Real Estate Commission suspended his license due to allegations of improperly charging tenants fees not agreed upon in leases and performing unnecessary repairs.
One year later the state has now intervened again after seven cases involving ten violations of the Texas Code were reported, resulting in the revocation of his license for a minimum of six years.
At the heart of the matter were allegations of negligence, incompetence, dishonesty, and bad faith on the part of Dwyer in his capacity as a real estate broker. The commission found substantial evidence supporting claims of excessive billing practices, misrepresentation through misleading advertisements, and failure to adhere to contractual obligations.
Among the grievances were instances where Dwyer purportedly charged for services already covered under existing agreements, effectively double-dipping into the funds of both landlord clients and tenants. Additionally, Dwyer was accused of disregarding client preferences, levying unauthorized fees, and neglecting to provide requested documentation to the commission during their investigations.
EDIT: Lying doesn’t change the facts. If you spend two seconds looking this stuff up, it’s all out there for you. (Also, isn’t it weird that all the five star reviewers only have one review? Very suspicious.)

Take notice of how every good review is 3 years old or more. This company will look at the broke, struggling to get by college student you are and squeeze you for every last dime and make it hell for you along the way. Am ashamed to be the same species as these people.
I'm seeing some good reviews. Have to be fake. Anything or anyone associated with Kyle Dwyer is doomed to be evil and slimy. He has had his licensure called into question previously and you can find plenty of news stories about his businesses and their practices.

Deceitful application process to take $65 from me and my friends. Scammed me out of hard-earned money that could have been used elsewhere. Changed their old name (Asset Hero) because they were known for predatory practices and being impossible to deal with. I cannot believe that this company is operating within the law, I feel taken advantage of. You should all feel horrible for working for this company. All of these good reviews are clearly AI generated and phony.

Waited until the last second to accept renting applications so they could collect as much money from as many people as possible while screwing over everyone else. - To their reply: They knew applications were already submitted as we had submitted our application shortly after touring, they know they are scamming hundreds of college students. This company used to be called Asset Hero - the WORST company in college station who has been rightfully associated in law suits and they had to change their name because of the reputation. Read every single one of the good reviews all of them are fake and AI generated
