Dr. Hayes, Kenya, Melissa, and the whole staff were absolutely lovely. As someone who has had a lot of dental anxiety, they did everything possible to soothe stress while having fantastic results! I always leave feeling better than I did before.I HIGHLY recommend this lovely crew :)

I went in Aspen Dental without notice. They immediately showed me concern about my 2 month long issues I was having. They professionally addressed my problem by examining me thoroughly. The kindness and care exhibited by every staff member was reassuring and gave me hope with the diagnosis. I received relief from my symptoms and feel assured my medical condition will be resolved. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Best experience I’ve ever had! I haven’t see a dentist in a while due to financial reasons and struggle with intense anxiety and fear of dentists. Everyone made me sure I was comfortable for the entire process and helped me along the way. Monica was kind to me and helped me understand the cleaning process, Dr. Osama did a great job with the wisdom teeth removal but most importantly the Dental Assistants were AMAZING. From checking on me, holding my hand, to helping me breathe and relax, like I truly cannot thank all the wonderful ladies enough for being there and helping my fears. Thank you Aspen for being so kind to me and making me feel comfortable to come back!

Upselling services, not included with dental insurance I Came for a regular cleaning. I was going to be charged an extra 300 for a toothbrush, paste, a mouth cancer screening that I already declined on paper. To name a fewConstant redundant emails and calls at least 3 interactions per appointment. I wouldn't have made a review but I was asked in 4 emails yesterday how my experience was. Bad go anywhere else

I was very pleased with my visit to Aspen Dental. The staff was very courteous and gentle. I have a very bad fear of dentists because of 2 extremely bad experiences when I was young but I felt at ease there. The young lady that took my x-rays was especially nice and tried her best to make me as comfortable as possible. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental.

The services that were preformed was great and the staff was nice. I did not like that I did not get full service they want me to come back for my cleaning. Never went to a dentist that did that. For that reason I will not be back

Every staff interaction I had was professional and friendly! All things dental scare me and I have a pretty long treatment plan with ortho included. I have to highlight Dr. Haynes- she made me feel safe and assured that it would all be worth it in the end, and also, Dylan the manager- he answered my millions of questions with a smile and made sure I understood each phase and the cost behind it. I had my first procedure today and it went very well. I definitely recommend Aspen in College Station for any dental work!

My experience with Aspen Dental was so HORRIBLE that I can NOT recommend Aspen Dental to even my worst enemy.In the first place, the dental equipment and tools they use in this office for testing are worn out, outdated, look and feel rough/sharp. I went there with no pains and left there with sores in my mouth after series of testing with rough and sharp edges tools. I wonder what would have happened if I had cleaned my teeth.Secondly, they'll lure you in with checkup and end up indirectly trying to force you to do a procedure you don't want. And because I refused their procedure, they refused to clean my teeth. I told the staff who checked me in that I would like to clean my teeth in addition to checkup since that was not listed online. She said that I would have to schedule a second appointment for cleaning, which was the first Red Flag because it was unusual to what I am used to.After the painful and horrible checkup experience, the Doctor told me that I would need a deep cleaning. I reiterated that I just needed my annual dental cleaning. After him worked in the office manager who took me to his office and told me that the deep cleaning procedure would cost over $5,000 and that my out of pocket will be $2,411.90. I walked in for annual dental cleaning and was slapped with a cost of over $2000. As far as I am concerned, this was an intent to defraud the system.I have a terminal degree in Public Health, in my 60s, and try as much possible to clean my teeth annually, and have never seen such a ridiculous practice. I hope that this practice will be investigated. Only God knows how many people that have been forced to spend so much and enabled them to bill insurance unnecessarily.Thirdly, the environment had a very bad stinking odor. The fact is that, even if I was going to be stupid enough to pay such an amount for cleaning my teeth, it would not be in such a dirty and stinking environment with outdated equipment and tools.JUST BE CAREFUL!!!

My husband is having some work done in stages, keep in mind today was our first visit, so we will continue to update thru the process ! We both were very impressed with the friendliest of all the staff, Dr Cole and Dr Hanes seemed very knowledgeable and made us both feel comfortable ! Think he is in good hands !

Staff is very attentive. Going to the dentist is never a fun day but the employees from the front desk, to financing, to exrays, exam, cleaning, etc explain everything clearly and try to put you at ease. They also listen very well and respond accordingly.

Entirety of staff is very friendly and thorough with their explanations. I’ve had absolutely no problems with my past two visits. Highly recommend to those who don’t already have a dentist, there are a couple of new patient bonuses!
