Ashley delivered an automated recliner to a family member in an Assisted Living facility in Bryan, TX. I didn’t have a truck to haul off the broken chair & offered the 2 men a cash tip if they would dispose of the chair. They agreed & promptly dumped the chair at the facilities dumpster doors. I lost $100 & received embarrassing call from the facility administrator. I’ll have to really reconsider ever buying at Ashley again.

It is a comfortable place to shop. They want to be sure you are being helped, but we never felt harassed. I do wish more furniture was available, not their fault I know.

We placed an order in September and was told the furniture would arrive in October. It is now February and we are still being told they do not know when our furniture will arrive.

Horrible. I had to call to check on the status of my furniture only to find out that it had been at the warehouse. Be aware if you call they have caller ID and will not answer their phone. Also they will lie and about the status of your furniture arrival. Purchased furniture in May and only received half of my order. Date of arrival for my furniture have continually been changed.

A few months after a great experience of buying my furniture at this store, I had a terrible customer service by Cindy (a receptionist who answers the phone). It was so bad that I had to post my complaints. Just a few days later, the general manager (Scott) reached out to me and apologized.. He listened to my case and offered to help. Some of the items I ordered in April was not going to be ready until September and I really needed them by August. So he said that he will try to find alternate furniture in their inventory. After about 30 min later, he found two desks (sent me the picture and they looked nice) and included to be shipped with other furniture. When they arrived, they looked better than the ones I ordered originally.. On the delivery day, while the guys were assembling the bed, they realized that there were some errors made at the factory and they could not finish assembling them. So the delivery guys left them without getting them completed. I called Scott and explained the situation, he sent a technician out on Saturday!! The technician came within an hour and fixed the problem. I was very impressed.. Because of Scott, my review is changing from 1 star to 5 star.. I will definitely buy more furniture from them.. I just have to avoid running into Cindy..

You will be waiting and waiting for the arrival of your furniture . The delivery date always changes. Better off going somewhere else. Don't waste your time.

I purchased a bedroom in labor day last year. I was very long time waiting for deliver it and when it delivered it was wrong bedroom and I had to reorder again and after the one month I received the correct one but when they wanted to install the bed they've damaged the new bed and I called several times to customer and they didn't respond it. I really feel frustrating after the one year they still don't respond and they didn't care about the customer.

Went in looking for a desk. Maria ended up being our sales person. To begin with she was very helpful. We purchased a bed and chose to have it delivered despite debating weather it was worth it to have it delivered for $300+. Maria contacted us the next day saying she lowered our delivery fee to $200+. She then said she would find out if she could have the new contract send over electronically to have it signed for the price adjustment. Did not end up hearing from her a couple of days, and had to call for her. She called me the next day after I reached out and explained how it was taken care of. When signing fir the bed originally, we were quoted a delivery date of March 3rd-10th. With that being the estimated deliver, we agreed to start our payments the week prior to delivery. After the middle of the estimated week had passed, we called and were told that the date was April 3rd! First she told me that we had not signed the paper with the estimated date, then in another conversation told my fiancé that we signed and agreed to the April date. However how could that be when we set up for payments to start the week prior to deliver and were charged Feb 25th! We are very disappointed in the dishonesty and trap we were put into all for her to make commission off of us. I expected way more going into this store. Our order has now been cancelled because we cannot sleep on the floor for that long out!

If I could I would give this business a 0. I regret wasting my time at the store, shopping for a sofa, finding one I like, ordering it and waiting for 3 months for a sofa that never arrived. When I called to follow up, they suddenly realized there was ANOTHER (that's right another) delay in processing and shipping. They wanted me to wait another 6 weeks until they can have the sofa sent (probably so they can delay again). ABSOLUTE WORST! DO NOT order from this company (or maybe this location in BCS) unless you won't need a sofa for a year later...not exaggerating much.
