Great service experience! Workers (including Joey) were friendly and efficient. Work began early and finished early, taking less time than expected. When a small issue came up later in the day, they sent a mechanic TO MY HOME (on the outskirts of town) to correct it quickly.

Josh is an exceptional young man and salesman. His focus is on what the customer wants and needs, not just selling a car. He spent a lot of time with us looking at Pilots, Passports, and CR-Vs. At no time did we feel the pressure of the "hard sale" that we found at so many of the other dealerships.

Skylar went beyond anyone’s expectations when it comes to Customer Service. My mother had a flat tire. Allen Honda came out and changed the spare on it to insure her safety. Took her back to the dealership and help replace the tire, rim and washed the car. After all of that, drove the car to the house for us. Thank you, Skylar, and the Allen Honda team!

Had the best experience at allen honda, Normally I take my car to Howdy in austin. However I don't think I’ll be back there after visiting allen! I had a 10am appointment for a regular oil change and some other minor things… my car was ready in 30 minutes!! My Allen Honda Consultants name was Raycee she was very sweet and helpful and informative throughout. she even offered to wash/detail my car after the service was over! she gave me my multi-point inspection stating everything was working great with my car! she definitely knows how to provide the best service
She mentioned that it’s best to have an appointment because services are fast however they do have busy days so i recommend booking before!!

Allen Honda performed trans fluid and oil service on my 2020 Civic Hatch Sport and it was completed quickly, done right the first time, and an entire MPI was done at no charge (p.s they give you video 2,) I'm usually a DIY on my own civic, but If you need work done on your Honda, go here! I'm now a loyal customer to this particular location for servicing my vehicle, and they have earned my trust to continue working on my hatchback in the future. I never let anyone ever touch my hot rod unless it's them. Pricing is competitive and fair.
My message to the owner of the location: It's been a pleasure doing business with Allen Honda:)
