Dr. Rupley is exceptional, both as a vet and human being. I have been using All Pets as my primary vet office for more than 5 years now. She seems to my dogs, cats and ferrets. I have done everything from simple check-ups to complex cases and euthanasia. Every time I work with her I feel as if I get the care and patience that not only my animals need, but that I need as well. She puts up with me researching and desiring to have a fully formed conversation l, even when it takes me a minute to understand a medical term. She has fit me in too many times to count when I had an emergency with no appointment.
On top of all of this, I love her staff. Matthew, Elizabeth, and Holly are who I usually talk to, and I enjoy interacting with them. Holly has been my vet tech since the beginning, and there I have been times that I have insisted on working with her due diligence o how wonderful and knowledgeable she is. I can always count on Matthew and Elizabeth to answer the phone with kindness. They always sound happy to speak with me and are very empathic.
I cannot say enough. There are not enough words. This vet and her team are a major reason why I probably won’t leave College Station, until my animals transition. I trust them my the lives of my babies.

I have dealt with many veterinary clinics for small animal and large animal needs, and Dr. Rupley with All Pets is by far the best veterinarian and caretaker I have brought my animals to. Her and her team greet you and your pets with a smile and a great attitude, and they always make sure your needs are heard. Our pets love to visit the vet because the employees take time to build relationships! If you’re looking for a place where they know your name and care for your pets like they’re family, All Pets is the place to go!

Dr. Rupley and her staff are truly the best out there! We have been taking our dogs here for 3 years now and through the years, we have learned so much from Dr. Rupley about our pups and have been shown so much compassion every time we visit. My favorite part about her is that she will never recommend something she wouldn’t recommend for her own babies, and truly treats her patients as if they’re her own pets. She is also very genuine and honest when explaining the process of care for your animals. This team is truly the best and will always go above and beyond to take care of you. Not to mention, they work hard to offer a convenient and easy process when it comes to scheduling appointments. Their receptionist Matthew is truly the kindest person, always greets us and our dogs with the biggest smile, and is very communicative before and after the appointment. Words cannot express how thankful we are to have found Dr. Rupley!

Also what’s up with deleting all the bad reviews?
I understand the vet isn’t cheap , but spending $300+ almost every vet appointment is outrageous. Especially for a cat . Reason why the doctor has “nice” teeth is because she likes to scam her customers, please do not go here !!

I was aggressively contacted and pressured to change a three star review. Practice cares more for its reputation than its work.

I found a very sick kitten very early in the morning and after calling multiple vets, All Pets was able to squeeze her in within 10 minutes of them opening! She was seen right away and carefully assessed. The vet techs were very open and kind to me and this kitten, calling me every hour to update me on the cutie. Dr. Rupley was very lovely on the phone and gave me a clear rundown on the kitten's health. The trip was pricey, but I would have rather paid the price than wait another minute to get this kitten in better health. Photos show progress after 2 weeks of All Pets care. I cannot thank the staff enough!

All Pets Veterinary is truly a 5-star experience. From scheduling your appointment to the care during your visit and even the follow-up, they go above and beyond for your pet. Special thanks to Matthew, Bre, and Dr. Rupley for their amazing treatment, professionalism, and genuine compassion. We're so grateful for everything! ?
For the new parrot mom out there, you can trust them ?

I have used 5-6 vets in town over the years and I prefer all pets over the others. They are always friendly/accessible, I have never had a problem getting an appointment. I have seen both Dr. Rupert and Heatley, they are very knowledgeable and have great bedside manner. provide upfront clear breakdown off costs and tests so there are no surprises

Me and my fiancée had just recently adopted a cat from the aggieland humane society (great place). Part of the adoption was a free vet visit to get our cat his first check up. Unfortunately for us we went to All Pets Veterinary Medical Center. When we got there all they seemed to talk about throughout the whole process was cost. They took our cat away from us to the back several times and the room we were in for the appointment was filthy. When the doctor walked in she looked at our cat for about three seconds and declared he was infested with fleas (I could not find a singular flea) then walked off. When we got home we did find a flea but are sure it hopped on him after the doctor had looked because we did a thorough check ourselves and could not find a singlular flea. 3 weeks later, we find a spot of hair falling off and turns out our cat had ear mites which only spreads from contacting infested animals. Our cat has not been outside or near another animal since that appointment. I DO NOT recommend taking any animal to this vet they will only cause you problems and nickle and dime you.

I took my cat here for a few regular check ups and always had a good experience. The staff is very nice and provides an enjoyable experience. However, when I took my cat in due to a fracture, he ended up needing a new splint that would not irritate a new skin exposure that was caused by one of his splints. At this point, the skin exposure is not at the fault of the vet because my cat was being too active and took his splint off, which I guess caused the skin exposure. However, at this point, my vet recommended the Thomas Schröder splint specifically in order to not irritate his skin. I want to exaggerate this because this is we talked about. We talked about the fact that this new splint was necessary in order to not provide any further irritation. So you can imagine my surprise when not even a week later, my cat is needing an amputation. Not even a week later, he developed an infection on this leg that was so bad that made his leg look like a sort of zombie leg. It was truly devastating to see. At no point did the vet warn me that this was a possibility in fact, I was insured that the splint would be better for skin irritation. I would imagine that an amputation is quite the opposite of that. At this point, the vet here in College Station was not helpful whatsoever. They did not take responsibility for their actions and I think it’s pretty clear that a splint being put on for less than a week should not in anyway causing amputation and if it did, they should warn me ahead of time which they did not. It’s truly disappointing because I originally had a lot of good experiences here and I spent a lot of money here. And to see my cat go through that pain was troublesome and heartbreaking and especially heartbreaking knowing the vet ultimately doesn’t care because they do not take responsibility for their actions. If they did care then you should show that you can take responsibility for your actions. Do not go here. Thankfully, I found a good vet in Austin that truly helped him recover.

I sheduled an appt by phone for 4:30pm to get my suffering animal euthanized because I had work until 3pm and couldnt make it before then. I asked her multiple times what the latest appt I can have and she said 4:30pm. The day came and they left a message while I was at work and said it was at 2pm! I called them back at 2:30pm but an automated system said they were closed! Google says they close at 5:30pm on Fridays. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt after reading all these negative reviews, but wow! So confusing.

Dr. Rupley is proactive and thorough, thoughtful and kind. Her staff are attentive, accommodating and communicative. We bring our greyhound back to All Pets even though we have moved from the area. It's worth it!

This is 4 years later, but I still feel like it needed to be shared. I brought my 5 year old cat in because he was vomiting and having diarrhea for two days straight. I googled the symptoms before hand and it said it might be a pancreatitis infection. I went to the vet telling them I feel like it's a pancreatitis infection considering the symptoms (which there were more to indicate it) and they ran the FIRST test for and it came out "negative". Long story short, she ran 4 MORE TEST and $1,100+ more dollars later for the last one to say "oof yea it's a pancreatitis infection". Not only did it put my cat in danger because he was throwing up all of his water and food for two days, but I had to pay $1,100 dollars on tests that resulted in the EXACT THING I SAID AND THEY TESTED FOR FIRST! I was a college student at the time so money was TIGHT but of course for my fur babies I'd make it work, but she is A SCAM!!! DO NOT, PLEASE, DO NOT GO HERE! My baby is healthy now but is STILL bald from where they shaved him. And again, it's been 4 years. I hope she loses her license and this place get SHUT DOWN!
