Definitely come in person to this location in the BCS! Jayda helped me quickly and tried everything possible to answer all my questions. I didn’t have to wait at all and 3-4 other people were able to be helped while I was asking my long built up list of questions.The credit union recently had the biggest update I’ve ever experienced in the 15 years banking with them so they’ve had some growing pains but seem to be holding it together. The phone service isn’t so great but come see this location! The other day I went to the southwest location and they only had two people serving a line of 10… I left that location after 10 minutes of waiting and the line hadn’t moved. the phone service wasn’t working then either (the day after the update) but seems to be working now ( a week after the update)

My family banks with Aggieland Credit Union, and has been for probably over 10 years. We have always loved the people at any of the locations, and seen some of the employees come and go, have kids, go up the ladder, and so on. We switched to Tower Point years ago, because it's closer to our house. Mary keeps us smiling, and Jason is very friendly and helpful for anything we need/ask. Keep up the good work!

Worst bank I have ever had. Will promptly be closing account and switching to usaa. They over charge and do not protect their investors.

Use it at least 15 times a month. It's great to have banking detail at hand. Easy to use.
