This credit union has the absolute worst automated system I have ever used. It should not take me repeating myself into the phone, eventually yelling, so that the robot can reply "Did you say 284?" when I said 646. Eight times in a row. Clearly. Spread out in a way that makes sense, that every other automated system I have ever used can understand. I don't even have an accent. Why does it take six minutes for me to pay one bill? I would just go online, but in the two years I've had the account, the system has never given me the option. I click "pay bill" and receive an error page. Every. Single. Time. Do you enjoy long lines? Do you enjoy the worst, most frustrating automation on Earth, so you will have something funny to talk about at dinner? Join this credit union, and you may also get to experience stress-induced ulcers. It's a win-win-win!

Poor customer service. Banked with them for over ten years , I had a few questions about my account and their new update. It won’t let me buy what I want and when I asked about it I was given attitude and got hung up on called back got hung up on again. This bank is out dated and won’t get my business any longer

RUN FROM THIS BANK! They nickle and dime you and even when you have over draft protection they decline to pay it and still charge you $27 x 2 = $54 without even covering the overdraft! They don't do end of day settlements so if you deposit money same day to cover miscalculations, it won't be counted toward your account until after the the $54 fees are taken out. I spoke with Jerry at the contact center previously, who reversed the fee and led me to believe it was a mistake on their part. I called back when it happened again and spoke with Avril who was very cut and dry and explained Jerry misinformed me. Taking my business account elsewhere!!!

I just financed a second car with them. Frieda worked hard to get the loan completed quickly and and check mailed to the dealership ( dealer wouldn't work with draft).

I have been banking with Aggieland Credit Union for over 20 years and highly recommend them. Customer service is number one when it comes to business these days and Aggieland Credit Union does not disappoint. Top rated customer service and communication along with trust is important to me and they have achieved all of my needs. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend Aggieland Credit Union if you are looking to build a personal relationship with a local bank. The customer service is top rated and my banker certainly went above and beyond to assist with my questions & setting up the right accounts to reach our goals. She even followed up a few weeks later to help with our banking during international travel that I mentioned on our first meeting. Now that's top notch service!

I don't understand why people spend their hard-earned money to pay a bank to hold their money to do whatever the bank wants. It should be the other way around like at Aggieland Credit Union. For friendly and honest banking, trust Aggieland Credit Union.

I would never use these people again for an auto loan. Got my son an auto loan here and cosigned for him. He is a young man so he had no credit and got him a decent rate at high 5s using me as a cosigner. The process went very smoothly and when it came time for me to purchase a car with my 700+ credit score and low debt to income, I was given a rate of over 8%. When I called to inquire about why I was given such a bad rate considering that I had cosigned for my son and my credit was considered strong enough to get him a lower rate I was told it was because they considered me higher risk because I was a cosigner for him. Went directly to a car dealership and got 4.9 with no problem. Credit unions are supposed to be known for giving great credit rates to deserving clients that have worked hard to establish their credit and been responsible. I would never ever use them again and would not recommend them to anybody I know.

I called to see what was required to open a teen account, was informed that any ID would worked. I asked if a school ID was good and they said yes and when I got into the branch I was turned away because I was informed that we needed a social security card and a state issued photo ID and that a school ID wouldn’t work. Drove 30 minutes after finding I had been told wrong. Was gonna come back that Saturday and called to check hours. The lady said the William Joel Bryan branch would be open but when we got there, the door was locked and no one would answer when we called. Horrible service, taking business elsewhere.

Zero fees on checking accounts both personal and business. Credit unions are the place to be. A old school feel with updated banking technologies.

I had to get a new card and was told I could do so at the local branch when I got there their machine was down so had to go to another one in which my card was supposed to ready when I got there and guess what it wasn’t the other branch hadn’t even sent over my information like she said….very horrible customer service really deserves no stars
