I recently had Carpet One install vinyl plank flooring in my game room, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The team was professional and efficient, completing the job quickly and with great attention to detail. The floor looks fantastic and is incredibly easy to maintain. Constance provided excellent customer service throughout the process. Highly recommend Carpet One for their quality work and outstanding service!

Round Top Custom Homes referred us to Triston at Aggieland Carpet One for our flooring and tile selections in our new home. From the moment we met him, his expertise and attention to detail were immediately apparent. This is the second time we have used Aggieland's services for a shower remodeling project. Because of the positive experience with the first remodeling, engineered wood installation in three rooms and carpeting in the living room in early 2021, we chose Aggieland for a shower remodeling project in October 2023. The price was fair, we were impressed with the care the tile installer took during his part of the installation as well as the plumber and countertop technician who did their tasks well. Miriam assisted us with selecting the tiles. Richard visited our home twice during this project to assess progress and quality of the work. We are very pleased with the outcome of this latest home improvement and highly recommend potential customers to give Aggieland strong consideration for their future improvement projects. This is a first rate company that aims for quality work.

I was very pleased with my experience. Miriam was wonderful to work with and brought out samples to my house. I picked a deep blue gray rather than a more neutral gray carpet. When the installers came, the carpet looked flat gray in the outdoor light. Miriam immediately came out with the samples, making it clear that they would absolutely fix this. But it was the right carpet, though we both agreed it looked different outside. When it was installed it was indeed the beautiful blue gray that I had wanted with the indoor lighting and white walls. Miriam probably thought I was an idiot but there was no eye-rolling, no "this is what you ordered," instead a sincere "let's see what's going on and make sure it's right." The carpet and the padding is incredibly soft and high quality and only a tad more expensive than Lowe's or Home Depot when you factor in all their add-ons. The fantastic customer service alone, not just the quality of the carpet, was well worth it.
