My truck was there for 6 weeks. 6 weeks! The owner wouldn't answer the phone or return phone calls from me or my insurance company.I finally went out to the yard and found my car. Absolutely nothing had been done after 6 weeks. Does this guy even know how to deal with insurance companies or order parts? Never again!I took my truck to another body shop in town. They looked at the damage, said they would coordinate with the insurance company, and order the parts. Then I was advised that it would take about a week to finish it up. Wish I had gone to these guys first.I cannot believe that the owner did not even have the common decency to let me know that he had no intention of repairing my truck.I had to give one star in order for the review to post or I would not have given that.

Jeff Tibbetts and his staff are the best around! Worked with me on getting the info to the insurance company and personally delivered my freshly fixed truck to me! When he was done I couldn’t even tell it had been majorly wrecked! Thanks Pro Body Works!!!

Biggest hacks in Texas. Took my truck 2 him(jeff tibbets),paint job was so bad he had 2 redo it. 2nd paint job is even worse. In less then 2 years the paint is coming off. No detail guy will touch it,the paint is so thin. Now I'm gonna have 2 spend probably 10 grand 2 get truck completely stripped of all paint,and start over. Total hacks. Will never recommend anyone 2 these guys.
