I spent a week at this facility and was impressed with the quality of care they provide. All the residents appeared to be very happy and well cared for. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They, also, have great therapy staff who are compassionate and encouraging. I would recommend this rehabilitation facility!

Great staff who loves the residents. Highly recommend. Looks like they are getting a new roof. Loved how festive their Halloween decorations were. I drive by everyday and can see the improvements.

WOW! The things this nursing home has gone through within the last few years.. Man oh man.. With the people running it now has turned the place over to a fresher better leaf! Proud to see somewhere out elderly, and unable live become an actual home for them. Good job team! When the time comes I’ll definitely be putting my dad in this facility! ?

Coleman Healthcare is quaint and small and home-like! It’s truly a “community” to experience with its welcoming staff, friendly faces, and family-orientated activities! Definitely the perfect place for someone looking for a facility to call home!

I have worked in the kitchen as a dietary cook off and on for 1.5 years and let me be the first to tell you we have seen our fair share of challenges and with the new company and new staff in the kitchen I am very proud and honored to work with the Nexion team and family. We come together as a team with no questions asked and no hesitations. We power through it together as a team and the appreciation is felt very deeply. So thank you Nexion team for allowing me to be a part of this awesome experience and excellent team and family. GO NEXION!!!!!!

I used to work there it was a literal joke no bed pads mixed up resident clothes very little snacks and giving residents snacks that didn't need it. And diabetics had to go without. Several occasions my mom and I had to do laundry and make snacks and had to run out of briefs and wipes and everything else it's a literal joke.

I have worked at this place on and off for 1 and and a half. I have never worked at a nursong home that had such poor staffing. Not once but twice I have gotten sick from this place and they failed to pay hazard pay. Rhat is my right to get hazard pay if I get sick from one of the residents. Second on numerous occasions the laundry has been backed so bad that residents ran out of clothes, bedding ect. I have pictures to prove what I am saying. I would not put my loved in the care of this nursing home. They dont take care of there workers.
