Excellent customer service with a caring and compassionate staff. My wife and I were having problems with our A/C and we were immediately taken care of. They helped us figure out how to access our air filter and quickly found the replacement filter while pulling up instructions for install because our phones had overheated. They chatted with my wife and kept her company while I swapped filters and even gave her some NAPA hats! Kudos to the prompt and professional help from a great NAPA store.
