We really try to shop locally, but places like this makes it hard. I dropped my husband’s pants off here nearly a month ago. Kept getting the runaround about his jeans that we paid a lot for to be given some cheap Rustlers jeans. My husband doesn’t wear Rustlers. Finally told him that his pants were in La Porte, and that would be available for pickup this Monday. Gets there to pick them up and there’s only 3 pair, not 4 that I dropped off. They did such a horrible job that I wouldn’t wear these pants to a dog hight. Oh they even offered for him to go buy him some new jeans and bring them the receipt. That’s fine and dandy, but what about the money we lost on the jeans y’all messed up?? I’m letting my husband handle this, because I’m not as nice!! I’ll drive further out to get quality service if I have to.

I will leave better review when I receive my pants again. Dropped off three pair of pants. Two my husbands one mine. My pants had two holes in them and I needed one fixed. Specifically the one on the rear of the pants. Didn’t even want the knee done. But when I picked up the pants the knee was done and the other wasn’t even touched . So it wasn’t cleaned like what I had asked. Tag was there from before the alt. Husbands pants are med starch and seem to be well done but haven’t got the chance to fully check them out. I will say the lady at the counter today was amazing and well understanding. The teenager that was there when I dropped off needs to get re trained. This is not how you treat your business. We are what keeps you open. Anyways I will leave better review when I receive my pants.

Tried several times with old ownership there were close more than they were open. Tried them again with new owners. Three times I tried them the young girl at front desk acts like she doesn't want to be there and was like I was Bothering her.I told them three different times I wanted my jeans heavy starched. They can't understand or won't heavy starched. So I won't be going back. Very disappointing.

Not going back. My white blouse came back with what looked like black ink spots all over it, front and back. Cannot understand how a worker could even think about sending a piece of clothing back to a customer in that condition.
