I have had my entire household stored in two units at County Seat Storage while I build a home. Although not climate controlled, the facility is so well insulated that my antiques and other treasured possessions have been stored safely and securely. The site is extremely well managed and cared for. Kevin and his staff keep a watchful eye on the site. I feel completely at ease storing my possessions at County Seat Self Storage.

I've been doing business with Kevin at County Seat for several years. The facility is well designed and kept clean and secure. This is the best storage facility with which I have ever done business. Kevin treats his customers like family and protects their belongings as if they are his own. County Seat Self Storage is definitely a model operation.

I've used County Seat Storage for at least three years now, and have always been pleased. Management goes above and beyond for their clients, and it is truly the nicest, most well-kept facility I've used. Areas are always swept clean and even the locks are oiled so they don't rust or stick! I've used other storage places and have never seen that done before.

After moving to the Coldspring area, we needed a place to keep our stuff for several months, until our storage shed was finished. We decided to use County Seat, as their rates were competitive, and their location is easily accessible. Kevin Lilley met with us, went over the simple rules, showed us around, and was friendly and accomodating. We were very pleased with the stall and the peace of mind knowing the property has excellent security. Thanks Kevin.

In July 2013 I called A County Seat to ask about storing my home in (2) units. I was very worried about the moisture and the humidity and really wanted a climate-controlled storage. The owner assured me that the units was very well insulated and he thought I would be very happy with the unit even though it was not climate controlled. He suggested that I throw poison out to keep the mice from bedding up in my unit. We all know we are in the country and mice love a cool/warm place to live. I never expected to have my home in storage for almost 4 1/2 years but I did. After, removing everything and unpacking my home, it was so amazing to me. I did not have any mildew on anything. My family's belongings were still in such great shape. I cannot say anything but great words for this facility. The facilities were always very neat and clean. The keypad and gate always worked for me coming in and out. I always felt safe on the premises. If you need a place to store something, please choose A County Seat Self Storage. Thanks so much Kevin Lilley for the great service you provided for my family. I will never forget you.

We rented two units from County Seat Storage for almost two years. The owner, Kevin, was always very helpful and accommodating. We have rented storage units for various stints in the past and County Seat has the cleanest units (and grounds) we have ever rented. The units are tight and secure preventing any debris, leaves or animals from entering the inside of the units. Although the storage facility is not climate controlled, we never incurred any temperature damage to any of our furniture or artwork.
