Great place to host events. Large room inside with kitchen and bathrooms and a great little garden outside. I have hosted many events here over the years. Very affordable too. I've hosted my parent's 50th anniversary, work meetings, car shows, and luncheons here.

From Coldspring Community Center
The Coldspring Community Center is available for rent. We are the lowest cost venue in San Jacinto County with a cost of $90.00 for half a day and $150.00 for a full day.
The center has a capacity of 120 people. In addition to the main hall, the center has 2 restrooms, a kitchen with 2 conventional ovens, and a patio garden. There are also 100 chairs, 12 tables, and a large Smart TV for the use of the attendants at no additional cost.
