The marina is part of a gated community requiring a pass. The facility is beautiful. There are many single family units all the way from modest to exquisite. The lake view is marvelous. There is covered boat docks available. I strongly recommend this cenue

Good views of lake Livingston. Will help for a thrilling, pleasant boating experience. Well maintained clean Mariana. Gas stations and restaurants are a couple of miles away. Recommend to stock sufficient fuel for boats, vehicles and own body.
