Good place to launch your boat even if you are not a resident.

The marina is part of a gated community requiring a pass. The facility is beautiful. There are many single family units all the way from modest to exquisite. The lake view is marvelous. There is covered boat docks available. I strongly recommend this cenue

About Cape Royale Marina & Store
The store carries non-ethanol gas, ice, soft drinks, beer, wine coolers, candy and ice cream. Various other goodies including swag gear, boating & fishing items, and safety items are available as well. Non-Ethanol fuel may be purchased 24/7 by debit/credit card from the pumps located outside the Marina Store. Accessible by land and water. Boat slips are available for property owners. Boat launching and overnight boat slip rentals are available to guests of property owners.
