“Upon arrival I felt very welcomed, I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. The gentleman that was working on 3/18/2024 was very helpful. I went in looking to replace my nano puff jacket I wore only 2-3 times before tearing it… I didn’t see the same color (sequoia red) in stock. He told me about the warranty and options that were offered. I was surprised how willing he was to help and not try to sell me on another jacket. I will be back with the jacket and claim the warranty but not just that I will also purchase and add more Patagonia to my closet! I’m from NY and grew up on The North Face but the experience I had in this store will have me coming back for sure!!”

“Interesting selection. But man those prices are just insane. For clothing that’s vintage and very worn, some of the items are way above the price they were when they originally came out. Did not purchase anything as it was very expensive and more geared towards vintage hype than good quality, at good price, vintage finds.”
“Dining at the NM Cafe is always a special treat for me. We go there for the broth, the popover and strawberry butter and the great menu options. It was a bit noisier than I would have liked. There was a table with a young child responsible for most of the noise. The service was impeccable.”
