“I found this brand on IG, it's a solid brand with pretty dope merch to match. I purchased these ski masks along with the "Native vs. iNvaders" shorts about a year ago. The color and prints are holding great after a year's worth of wear and washing as these are some of my favorite shorts. Ashley and Angela were absolute angels and went above and beyond to help me get a pair of pants I wanted that were only available at their other location. I wasn’t able to get there as I was in town for a conference but they made sure to go out of their way to get them to me. Most stores would have just said “oh that’s too bad, sorry”. “Upon arrival I felt very welcomed, I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. The gentleman that was working on 3/18/2024 was very helpful. I went in looking to replace my nano puff jacket I wore only 2-3 times before tearing it… I didn’t see the same color (sequoia red) in stock. He told me about the warranty and options that were offered. I was surprised how willing he was to help and not try to sell me on another jacket. I will be back with the jacket and claim the warranty but not just that I will also purchase and add more Patagonia to my closet! I’m from NY and grew up on The North Face but the experience I had in this store will have me coming back for sure!!”
