“Came to this location to get a battery for my daughter and was helped by Eric. He was very professional, helpful and he was patient in getting the battery installed. She had a lot of corrosion on the old battery, but he took his time and worked at it. He was kind and very respectful. I give him five stars for his service and dedication to take care of the customer. Thank you Eric.”

“I got into my car after a long day at work and noticed an abnormal jerking with my car with a check engine light on. I immediately went to O’Reilly’s and Juan was able to help me. He was kind knowledgeable and very professional. He was able to assist me in not only finding the product I needed but making sure I had all my questions answered before leaving the store. I highly recommend this store but specifically Juan. Based on my experience he seems like a star employee! 5 star review because of him.”

“My oil light came on after all the places closed on a Saturday. O'Reilly's doesn't do oil checks but he told me I could come up their anyway. He checked my level and got me the oil I needed. He truly saved me from waiting until Monday to know what I needed to do. Truly appreciate that kind of customer service!”

“James took care of me! He was very knowledgeable. I drive Land Rover, and at first I was told they didn’t have my brakes pads for my SUV. So I went to Auto Zone and a few more places. My mechanic Toby called and James answered the phone and did the necessary research to find exactly what I needed. Then he referred me to the Live Oak location to find my rear brake pads!!!!!! James should be the supervisor!”
