“I went to Harvey's to fix some significant damage from a rear-end collision that I sustained. While the repair took slightly longer than initially thought, it was because they surveyed the full extent of the damage and seemed to do their due diligence to address all of it. My car feels pretty much as good as new, and the staff were easy to work with and communicative! Would recommend as a reliable option in the area for anyone else needing high-quality repairs.”

“Just purchased a used Porsche Taycan here. The entire process was executed online and telephonically. I had never purchased a used vehicle sight unseen and that for me was stressful.The car was a CPO so that eased my trepidation somewhat. The associate, Darien, took painstaking measures to film everything on the car as well as video calling to alleviate any fears. He weathered my incessant questions and double checked all recalls. The electric platform comes with so many different issues to an ICE car that I wanted complete assurance and no hassles upon receiving the vehicle.After delivery, Zander and Darien both ensured My Porsche ID and connection were carried out smoothly so that I can properly interface with the PCM/car.The result was wonderfully successful. The car exceeded my expectation in every way and is in phenomenal condition with very low miles. No gotchas that I can see so far.(There was a small hiccup with title transfer that we are still addressing so that may affect my overall rating.)But for now, let me say, that Darien was stellar. His service and attention made the sale and I appreciated the way he handled everything. Zander equally made this a pleasure. I plan to comment further upon the completion of this last title issue but otherwise very pleased with my purchase and experience with Park Place.”

They arranged the tow, and then straightened the frame, replaced the radiator, depth sensor, bumper, metal piece behind bumper, head lamps, the whole front end. Car is as good as new. Plus they cleaned the interior and exterior. We mainly talked to the woman who answered the phone, as other reviews have said she’s great”
