These guys are absolutely outstanding! We were traveling from far West New Mexico to far East Texas and the turbo on our truck bit the dust while pulling our 5th Wheel. We didn't know this area at all but coasted in to this town and limped it to the only shop we could find on that side of the highway. They quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us an ETA on parts and a general idea of cost. They had it repaired and out the door on the day they said they would and even kept an eye on the 5th Wheel while it was parked on their lot while they waited for parts. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. I wish all shops I have been to over my lifetime were this good.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Our SUV was serviced by your establishment at a reasonable price, and the necessary repairs were performed well. However, we encountered an issue when the antifreeze residue remained after a pump replacement, resulting in an unpleasant odor. Subsequently, we decided to bring in our truck for service, and unfortunately, we experienced some challenges. Communication was difficult as there was no response initially, and upon arriving, our truck wouldn't start. Your team managed to rectify the issue, but shortly after taking the truck home, it broke down again within 5 minutes of use. While your staff was courteous, we have concerns about the overall quality of the service provided.

First off I'd like to say, I was a little apprehensive when my van broke down here in Clyde TX and I needed a mechanic I could trust. I'm from California and did not expect such southern hospitality to us, granted I am nothing like the libtard folks from home but all the same. Neal's Automotive repaired my brake master cylinder and got me on the road. It did take 3 x's to get the right part, but these guys stayed with it and made it happen. They are very friendly and reliable... good small town folks you can trust. My daughter is a newbie to Texas and I trust Neal's if she needs anything repaired. Dad can't be there for her so this place is the next best thing. Honest, reliable and they don't price gouge. I work on all my vehicles myself, but when you're on vacation and it's a 110 degrees outside..... no thanks. Thank you Neal's for getting me and my entire family back home safely. Great job !!!
