BE CAUTIOUS! I went to interview with local CDJR in Abilene. I was told that Blake's had a reputation to repair things things that were not broke. Was crazy to me how they knew that. From the pressure to hit certain profit numbers I know this to be true. Working as service advisor for over and year. The pressure was real. But funny thing is that they still work together (dealerships). I believe false information affected me getting hired at local dealership. Was told by local dealership they don't do that kind of business there. I thought it was normal business practice.but apparently not and Blake has a reputation in the automotive circle. I wasn't good at it due to having to lie. Not good at it. I tried to do my best at doing the right thing. So I am doing it now. Higher labor rate, I want to apologize for doing what I was forced to do. I sold out my character and became someone I am not. I will not be working at either dealership now as they are definitely in cahoots together. Just be aware. And if I get in trouble for being honest now so be it. My conscience and character are cleared.

For the most part dealing with everything was good. The reason I brought the stars down is because before you leave with your vehicle make sure they have done everything that is promised. After putting 23k down and purchasing upwards of 150k worth of vehicles one of the stipulations was blacking out the badges on my truck. They found a place and said it would be 250 and wrote me a check for said amount but when I called the place they said that they weren’t gonna do that. And that what they wanted to do would actually cost more money. After talking to the dealership to get this figured out I was told that we had already agreed on the terms and they wouldn’t cover the extra cost, even though it was their mistake as to why it wasn’t getting done.So like I said just make sure your stuff is getting done before leaving the dealership because if you don’t, and what they planned doesn’t work out then you are stuck taking care of it yourself.

I called back in the middle of June to schedule my appointment and order parts for the recall that my vehicle had. Was told that it would take 7-10 days for the parts to arrive and that I would receive a call to schedule an appointment. About 2 weeks after my initial call I started calling the advisor leaving voicemails and not getting a return call. On the 4th-5th day I called and spoke to the service manager to schedule my appointment. Service manager seemed very uninterested in scheduling my appointment.I arrived at 0730 to check in and get my vehicle worked on. I requested a loaner as I am a full time single dad. Took an hour and a half to get my car checked in and receive the loaner vehicle to drive. Service advisor Johnny was unhelpful and did not seem interested in helping me check my car in for an emissions recall. The lady(Norma) that gave me the loaner was very unorganized.I received a call around 0930 from the service advisor telling me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I told the advisor that it would be a while before I would be able to return to pick up my vehicle and he responded with “oh well we need the loaned back” so I told him that I was at work and my son had a doctors appointment and I would return the vehicle after my sons appointment. I also asked the service advisor if I could see the parts that they replaced on my vehicle and he said “oh well those parts are already gone. So I told the advisor that I would like to see the parts that they replaced.Upon arrival to pick my vehicle up around 1500. The advisor was not very helpful when picking up my vehicle. When I asked the advisor to see the parts that were replaced he was very hesitant to allow me to see said parts. When I walked in to turn in the keys for the loaner vehicle Norma was very uninterested in helping me check the loaner in.My entire experience at Star Dodge was absolutely the worst experience I have ever encountered in any dealership and was very unprofessional on every level.

Worst customer service I was trying to do everything online then just go in because I didn’t want to waste my time or theirs, the first day I had a person helping me telling me I could be approved without trading in my vehicle after I told them I wanted to do a trade in then all the communication stopped they read my messages and never answered! Rude just be honest I will not use them and I would not recommend them!!

Two time buyer of Ram truck, and now gone forever from Blake. Took my 2018 Ram Truck to dealership in Clyde, Tx. because the ABS code was flashing on my truck with 17,000 miles on it. That was November of 2022, and 5 months later they still didn't have the part!!!! Part was supposed to be at their shop in March, but I was notified that it had been back ordered with no date given of when it would be in. Star Dodge said they could have the part in their shop in two days, and have the part as stated two days later. Monday 03/20/23 my truck will be at Star Dodge being repaired. So for 5 months I waited for a part while driving a truck with the ABS system out. Want to guess who will be doing all future service work on my truck, and who when I decide to trade will be first on the list of dealers I go to?? It won't be Blake Fulenwider!!!! Apparently customer service doesn't exist at Blake and repeat customers don't mean anything to them.

Went to Clyde to get feed and noticed I had oil dripping from my Ford! Went to service department, explained my situation, and stressed I needed to be in Abilene by 11, it was 10:35. Jonathan said I will get your oil changed for ya, but not by 11??? but here's the keys to my loan vehicle, be careful. ??? He then called a little later and explained why my oil was leaking, the filter gasket had pinch in it. He saved the day, and I was on time too!! Thank you for your excellent customer service ? GREAT JOB!!!

I had a terrible experience at this dealership. The salespeople were pushy and dishonest, trying to sell me a car that was in poor condition for an inflated price. They also tried to pressure me into purchasing unnecessary add-ons and extended warranties. The financing process was also a nightmare, with hidden fees and interest rates that were much higher than advertised. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and caution others to be extremely cautious when dealing with them. They are only interested in taking advantage of unsuspecting customers. Stay away if you don't want to be ripped off.

I bought a new truck there in 2019 and had a great experience, three years later, not so good. I found the truck I wanted online. They gave me what I felt like was a fair price for my truck, but when I went to leave in the truck I bought, it was filthy. About the 3rd day I had it, the smoke from the previous owner overwhelmed the cab, it was awful.I will continue to drive a Dodge, but I won’t be back to this dealership, very disappointed.

I should have read the reviews before bringing my vehicle here.I called ahead, explained my issues (leaking aux tank in my truck bed), and asked if they could help. Was told, "No problem, bring it in."3 hours & $200 later - they called to tell me my tank is leaking but they couldn't figure out from where (they borescoped it)...thanks for telling me what I already knew.I asked them, "for $200, at least inflate my tires and fix the Bluetooth sync issue." I have OEM Bluetooth tire pressure sensors that refuse to sync and was told I would need to have them manually synced moving forward - for $100. Truck just rolled over 60k miles (conveniently just over the extended warranty) and have been complaining about the sync issue since 30k miles. OEM parts aren't working as advertised so I have to pay for it - cool.Service manager was kind enough to knock $100 off the tank inspection since they couldn't locate the leak/crack - thanks.Found a welder to remove, repair, & reinstall my aux tank for $500...service dept wanted to charge almost $700 for removal ONLY, wouldn't be able to repair it, and another $700 to re-install. I asked for a break down of hours & per hour cost, which the service dept couldn't provide.I wouldn't recommend this service dept strictly due to the pricing and shadiness/incompetence of the service advisor. The technicians are probably decent since they did get my tires to read properly, but that's all I have to base my experience off of.Better to take your vehicle to Abilene or towards Dallas - where they aren't overcharging to pay for their renovations.I was sent a text from the dealership to give them a review- conveniently the link didn't work.

I don't know what happened to these guys service department but there is a major short or disconnect somewhere. They used to get things in & back out, fixed. I sent my pickup about 2 months ago to get the service four wheel drive light, the cruise control, and the vehicle traction light fixed. They called me back with twice that many things that needed fixing including the front end. After 3 weeks I finally get it back and the service 4 wheel drive light is all that was fixed. We start using the pickup and they wrecked the steering doing the front end and the cruise didn't work and the traction light was still on! All of this for just over $4,000. Call them up They come to get it and have now had it for 3 weeks again and are saying it will cost over $1,200 to do what should have been done the first time. NO PICKUP, AN EMPTY WALLET AND UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS!!!
