We've used Walgreens Pharmacy at this location for almost 2 years. They've never been great, but it's convenient. On Friday, they read a prescription wrong and tried to give my 4-year-old swallowable pills. When I took them back to correct it, it took forever for them to get it fixed. They only had a partial amount of her antibiotic (enough to basically get through the weekend) but assured me they'd get more Monday. I called Monday evening when I hadn't heard from them, and the tech on duty said the rest of the prescription wouldn't be available until almost 2 weeks later. It's an antibiotic- she can't exactly wait. They didn't even check on Friday. If they hadn't screwed up the initial prescription and had actually checked on the availability of more, I could have gotten the prescription back and filled it at another pharmacy. The tech got short with me when I told her I wanted this fixed and wanted to speak to a manager. Never again. We will be moving all of our prescriptions somewhere else.

Made the appointment for my vaccination to be the first one in the morning and find out they “forgot” to thawed it out the night before so they asked me to come back one hour later to get it. I ended up getting it after about one hour and a half from my original appointment. The personnel is very nice but I don’t see the point of making appointments if they are not going to be prepared for them.

Came here from Houston (since all the stores are out of everything due to Covid) for a few things and I was helped by a lovely lady named Tiffany she was super helpful and her customer service was 12/10!!

Bad customer service, long wait even with no line!! The store manager Mara runs that store like its her home she had to google search her store policy on a request for exchange!

The pharmacy is not open the hours they have posted. I had to come back the next day and am sitting here now for almost 30mins because they still aren't open when they said it opened at 10am.
