Some shop assistants need training to locate simple parts. I had to make 2 trips for a simple tire clamp, which the new ones screw onto the sensor.

I needed a gasket for a non-automotive project and the first employee I saw showed me what he had and suggested I check with the Lake Jackson store because they had more inventory. I usually start with this store since it's closer to my home.
