All I did was call because I was doing a U-Haul reservation online and it led me to pick up from their location on a Sunday but mobile pickup only. So I called just to ask exactly how that works. She answered the phone right when I called and as soon as I started talking she said “Hold on hold on hold on!” And put my on hold for a couple minutes which is fine I understand you’re busy but it wasn’t a good start for me. And then I ask about the U-Haul pick up on Sundays and she said “No we’re closed on Sundays.” I said “I know but that’s why I’m calling to see how that mobile pick up works.” And she got a nasty attitude and told me “You can’t be on my property on Sundays” like wow ok. Sheesh. And I’m guessing she was the owner I never got her name but I was just getting information but now I know never to buy a car from here or send my family here. As a business man myself I found it so unprofessional. The way you carry yourself with anyone who calls your business will carry out with how your business goes. I understand if you’re busy and I wasn’t calling to buy a car from you or if I was keeping you from making a sale but that just was uncalled for. Thanks a lot
