Steer clear! Couldn't get owner to return my calls or emails regarding transferring a warranty on a boat motor they originally sold. Went to another dealer and they did it online in 3 minutes. Plus they didn't charge a dime. This place told me there would be a fee to handle it.

Edited review:M & G response speaks for itself. They never took the time to understand my concerns or answer my questions. The only question that was asked is if the could fix it and how long because we cannot be without our unit for a long time as it’s always on the road. Never asked for a price because the determining factor was time to fix. No one yelled and instead of accepting feedback they blame others. Not professional at all.Called to try to get service on our travel trailer. Service manager was so rude always talking over me, saying whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa when I was explaining that the last rep said about the timeline for repairs. I just wanted reasonable repairs that would not result in loosing our rv to the dealer for months on end. Very unprofessional! A timeline should be given for approximate time for repairs when somebody is calling so they can make appropriate arrangements. And when a customer request a timeline, they should not have to deal with unprofessional and rude behavior.

I recently moved to Sargent from Myrtle Beach, Sc. I priced the same exact camper shell in Sc and it was $4500.00. I was told to check M & G out and i was shocked to see they priced the same shell for my F 250 at about half the price. It even arrived a week and a half early. They had it washed and clean when i arrived and installed within an hour. They've got my business from now on. Good honest family business. Highly recommend!

My first review was favorable because I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake!!Brandon and Teague don’t understand what honesty is! Poor guys!If this is not understood, go ahead and sign the dotted line, and find out like I did.How can they look in the mirror?

My husband has been in the market for a aluminum boat for a while and we found M&G at the boat show, Teague has been great in answering all our questions and quoting everything my husband has asked for, has been a great experience and we haven't even bought a boat yet. We look forward to working with them

We brought our RV her to get the bearings checked, re-packed and to have some damaged electrical lines repaired/replaced. They tightened the king nut all the way tight, which caused severe damage to the spindle of the axle, which then had to be replaced in the middle of our road trip. When we were under the trailer making repairs, we noticed that some of the electrical lines had not been repaired and were severely frayed (which was from a different incident, and the reason we had paid M&G to fix them). When we contacted them about the mistakes they made, which caused further damage to our RV, and the wires that they didn't fix even though we paid for them to be fixed, they've been unresponsive and keep saying that they'll get back to us but never do. After several months of getting the runaround from them, we filed a complaint with the BBB and waited the requisite 30 days. The BBB has now notified us that M&G has not responded to the complaint we made and advised us to take it to small claims court.

Terrible customer service. The salesman didn't even want to come out to show me or give any advice, wasn't friendly, and had a "little kids" attitude. (The man with the glasses and beard) Company has a long way to go.

Lazy workers who won’t show us the inside of an RV, still needed 20 minutes till closing time and he refused to just show us.

When my water pump went out on my RV right before we were going to go on vacation, I didn't think we would be able to find a replacement part, much less have it repaired. Thanks to M&G, we found both! M&G not only had the replacement part in stock, but also switched out the pump quickly and efficiently - all in a driving rain storm! Thanks to Roger for his excellent and dedicated work. Thanks also to Oscar for looking at an LED light on the camper as well. It's nice to know that we have a highly qualified and very professional RV service center close to home.

TEAGUE is a flat out liar.. I DON'T like being told one thing and then it's different or changed for whatever reason!! Our boat trailer parts were supposed to be ordered one day, repairs made next day and we should have it back by Wednesday... Negative batman!.. it's Thursday and we are told still waiting on parts... they've had our trailer since last Friday! Leave messages for TEAGUE, he NEVER responds!!. Poor customer service!! I DON'T recommend M&G!
