The customer service at the Clute location is by far the worst I’ve experienced from a pharmacy. The assistants are nonchalant and not resourceful at all. Gave me the run around with my sons meds for a week and still didn’t fill them.

I have a wonderful Kroger Pharmacy!! (Broadway @ Cullen, Pearland). Have been using them for 20 years. Low employee turn-over (so nice to have professional and caring staff looking out for you, especially when you are feeling ill)! So efficient, quick turn around from refill request to ready-to-pick-up.They are a DREAM TEAM on all shifts.Thank you Cullen pharmacy, you are great.M Diane Delph

I went to the pharmacy drive through at 12:50pm since they close for lunch at 1pm and the drive through was already closed. Normally never had a problem but I'm having back surgery so I can't walk without being in so much pain. Now I have to come back and thatvis an inconvenience.

Rudest service ever! People are coming here because they don’t feel good, why would they want to make it worse? It’s honestly so sad.

Pharmacy tech is very rude and unprofessional. She needs to retrain on how to engage with customers. Stop talking fast and have some patience when speaking. Train her using Aidet.

Terrible customer service and will not fill automatic refills as told. Have to call every month and when it is time to get them it is always something. Very unorganized.

Krogers has always been good to me by comparing prices and giving me the best price I can get on my medications. I won’t go anywhere else. They also have a Krogers yearly membership you can purchase that gives you the cheapest prices on your medications.

Let us start by saying my husband is a Minister and we switched from Angleton because it’s closer to me. Never a problem until I don’t see senior pharmacist any more. However I do not believe it is him. This bigger dark haired lady is lying to him & us both. She needs to go before we do. . She is lazy and not telling the truth. We are honest. He will not listen. She tells us one thing and him another. I take two lisinopril medicine different strengths she can not defrenciate therefore causing me not to get one. Could have caused me a heart attack. Today she said we could not get our second booster covid until after 11 ok we killed time then went & she denied ever telling us that. She said any day after 11. Which is fine but yes woman or man up! Then was told ok tomorrow but now after 2. What is wrong with the two of you. It’s fine & I told her that but we are disabled live on social security don’t have the gas for all these unessary trips! Is this to keep you in store? If you don’t want to treat us then say so. We will gladly go else where rather than be elderly abused. This is not right. I’m sure we are not the only ones she’s doing this too. Kroger you need to investigate because they are giving you a bad reputation.I see more bad than good reviews says a lot in itself.I will be recording conversations from now on.They treat us like we know nothing well we know plenty & I’m sorry your the only Pharmacist and can’t handle it. It’s not my fault . What did you do with the senior lady then.? If my Dr. ordered it’s only your job to fill this. You put my life in your hands. I’ve always respected you & have no problem with you but I value my life which seems to me you don’t. For shame for shame.Of course they requested you to call it in & seems you didn’t because she told you I wanted the wrong one that had been filled. Like I don’t know my meds and what I had gotten and was in need of the smaller night time dosage. Back to being lazy & not looking further . Assuming & not listening. She is only trying to make herself look good in your eyes only. She isn’t to the patient or in God’s eyes. Truth ! Thank you very much and God bless .

For grocery shopping it's okay, but avoid the bakery. I put in a cupcake order a week ahead of time for my daughter's class. They gave my cupcakes away to a different customer even though they had my name on them. So I show up and don't have any cupcakes for my daughter but they're going to call the other customer to let her know she picked up the wrong ones. Because that helps.

Absolutely horrid pharmacy staff. The inconsistency within all of them kills me. Firstly, completely rude and act as if you inconvenience them by doing anything. Secondly, I'm part of a pain management clinic so I get a lot of opiates... they acted like it was their business rudely not in a caring considerate way. I had just moved here so my insurance wasn't totally active yet, but paying cash was fine. My wife and I stood there as the tech went back and forth with the pharmacist saying they didn't have enough meds, once insurance was mentioned suddenly it was in stock, once they realized it wasn't active yet back out of stock. Unreal.... Lastly the classic horror game \"We sent your prior authorization to your doctor for then to fill out\"... the doctor said they never received it. Turns out after the back and forth game the pharmacy wasn't calling the right number.... funny how do you verify with me you sent it, when it couldn't have gone through. Overall, huge headache to deal with

I recently had back surgery and got my prescriptions filled at Kroger pharmacy like I usually do. When my wife picked up my meds the pain med was for a 7 day supply and I was told it was because the insurance puts a 7 day only fill limit. OK I understand that. I went yesterday still in pain to go get the rest of my medication and was told insurance still will only allow a 7 day fill. So I called my insurance. After a 2 hour conversation and checking into what was cleared it came to light that there was never a 7 day fill only and the Pharmacist did that on their own. It's not really the fact that it's a pain having to go back to the pharmacy every 7 days it that if that is what the Pharmacist wants to do then they need to "man up" and say that not blame my insurance. It's getting to the point where nobody wants to take responsibility for their own actions and are trying to point their finger at someone else.

Best pharmacy in the area. Best prices I've found on certain prescriptions. The pharmacy manager is very nice and informative. Both pharmacist are great. Will talk with you as much as you need. Will say hi and chat when they see you in store.

I’ve had some times that I could not get the medicine I needed. But, Kroger works with pharmacies around the area to help fill when I need medicine. Overall I have had a great experience with them. Nobody is perfect and I do not expect them to be. Better than Walgreen’s in this area for sure!
