Van got totaled cause hurricane beryl and car country got check from insurance and now refused put us in another ride until remaining 6k is paid but .they only getting half what we owe van and they fail realize if don't work with us they ain't seeing other half cause we're under no obligation to pay rest only if they're working with us they'll see a dime stay away from this greedy crooked car lot they got money for van and leaving us stranded never again will i do business here shady car lot period!!!!

Dealership sucks. They constantly shut your car off especially on the day of your car insurance is due. I can’t even renew my tags because the engine light has been on since I’ve gotten it. My tags expired November of last year and instead of them helping me out they want another $1,500 or more to put down on another car. Tony says if you go through a rough patch he will work things out with you, but instead they shut your car off and won’t give you a chance….. definitely don’t recommend these people… I’ll never buy from them again

Car from dealership have had nothing but problems with I got it and the transmission blew out so I got it replaced then took the receipt to car country hoping that they would help me out with something then they told me “you should have called us” but I had called them about the power steering messing up and they said they would call me back and never did wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy

my boyfriend bought a car here back in February and he has had nothing but problems he had to replace the transmission 2 weeks after getting the car and this place did nothing about it and every time he calls up there for help from them they say we will get the owner to call you back and the owner never does what type of business is this.

Great customer service, I've bought 4 cars over the last 10 years they've all been reliable. Also my most recent purchase had a valve cover leak after 2 months and they repaired it no charge! Really a great help much appreciated and highly recommended.

We bought our daughter a car here with $2,000 down payment. After just a few months, it started overheating. We spent several hundred dollars replacing the radiator and water pump just to find out it was the head gasket that blew. The owner refused to work with us at all to get her into another vehicle.
I dont recommend this dealership. The owner is not reasonable.

This is the best used car lot in brazoria county. I wrecked my car and needed something asap and they got me taken care of the same day. Think I was in and out within an hour. My vehicle is in great shape and very reliable. Great customer service and welcoming environment. Highly recommend this place, and the pricing isn’t bad at all.

Warning this is not for the working man who may have a little trouble making a payment. If anything goes wrong you will have to payout of your own pocket! I had lost my job and was repo within a week! when I went to get my belongings. I wasn't allowed to collect my tool $400my prescription Glasses $1200! total unnecessary

In this place they sold a car to my friend with deformed and expired tires. After so many complaints I managed to change the tires. The surprise that my friend got was that they changed her expired tires for new cheap tires but they removed the original catalyst and installed a cheap, poor quality catalyst. The driver was not responsible for the theft of the catalyst. For the owner of the car it was a theft since they changed an original part for an imitation without her permission.
