The mechanic, Davin Weaver, was quick and to the point, I will use him again for anything with my car. However, the cost was a bit high, using GM products instead of after market, raised the price a lot. I don't understand why this was done. I guess I will tell them to use after market next time. Also, the office lady yelled at me for parking behind a car. I didn't see a no parking sign, how was I supposed to know? Very rude and lacks professionalism.

Manager is rude. Try’s to talk over you. Is disrespectful yells at you while you are trying to speak. Over all worse expierence. Never get a car from them under any circumstance. Asked to speak to the owner multiple times was told he’s not in that he won’t talk. My lawyer will definitely be calling. I wanna speak with the owner of this establishment.

I have been going to az for years now and always willing to work with me even after I lost my job and turned in my vehicle they were still willing to sell me another one after i got back to work never had any problems

Van started having issues one month after we bought it. First the transmission, and other issues followed. Engine failure after one year.

I bought a car from them. My husband went to fill the air in the tire up in the car. They kept my car because he wasn't on the insurance and did not want to return it to me. I came with 1000 in pocket and they still did not return car to me

My wife and I went to the business on Saturday afternoon. After knocking on the door and waiting about 10 minutes for a salesperson, my wife opened the door and a female screamed to not come in without a mask. My wife replied that we were there to purchase a vehicle and asked for a mask. She was told we could reach inside and get them next to the door. Another female, (Marisol?) actually screamed at us to get out and close the door without a mask, and was belligerent and rude about it. We left and I called and stated I had cash for the vehicle but again she was rudely offensive toward us. I don't need or want a vehicle bad enough to pay cash and get treated rudely. We went elsewhere and are set up with a newer, better truck, and yes, are paying a little more but it is worth it for better treatment and customer service. I will never darken their door again.

This place is trash! Do Not Do Business With These People! They devise illegal stratagems by repossessing your vehicle in an attempt to maximize their profits by selling it to someone else. Avoid communication with the two obese females pictured. They will look for any way they can to scam you and take advantage of you.

These fat men will sell you a vehicle and look for anything that they can to repossess it. They will not work with you. They will simply sell your vehicle to someone else and make more money from it. Take your money somewhere else. These two fat men will screw you over.

I got a car from them. In december 2020. i was in quarantine from Dec 28 to Jan 13 2021. They said my insurance cancelled on the 8th of Jan but they call me on the 15th of Jan. I told them that since i was in quarantine I had forgot . then they took my car. I was never late on a payment .. I went to the ins place I was just late my ins was not cancelled . I went up there to get my car back and they said no. That I validated the contract .. And now I have a pending Repossession on my credit.. I have proof of cov19 I have a letter , say in I am at fault for what the car y'all took. I even called and adked if I pay my car payment and the lady said no the manager is prolly not giving the car back so I would save your money
