I have been going here for about 5 years or more, though I don't go that often, I used to get my haircuts with Maria or Nancy (I think that's her name), but I think she works by appointments only, I got a hair cut by a guy, I was asking for advice on what type of haircut to get, didn't really feel like I got it, I just got a simple straight cut, with some long bangs... Not really sure that he puts too much effort into the hair cuts... I think I would have left a better tip if he was a little more knowledgeable about face shapes and all that.

Horrible service....you come in to get your hair styled by a certain stylist and as soon as their friends walk in all of a sudden they did have pending appointments waiting.
