Sends out letters trying to get you to insure your home with a photo of your home on them. Creepy, invasive, and threatening even if they got the photos from Google Street View.

I do not recommend this place at all. Very rude, lazy employees. They will not help you even if you've been a loyal customer for years. I did not file the previous year so I guess they implemented a by appointment only policy which they didn't bother telling me over the phone when I called. I show up and there were 2 other customers there which were quickly attended to. They then ask me if I had an appointment. I told them no and that I had called and there was no mention of it. I asked them if they could fit me in. It didn't seem to be busy. They said no. I explained I worked and they're closed on weekends and tax day was coming up. No convincing them. I do an easy form and it usually takes 5 minutes. They wouldn't help me. I had to scramble and find another office. Very bad customer service. Will not go there again!
