“Roy and his son Sean are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met at an auto repair shop. I’ve been to the BMW dealership several times and never had a proper conversation with any of the service advisors and was to the point of driving to Tucson or Abq for my car services after my most recent visit. At Borderland Euro, Roy listened and made me feel like he cares. They are both extremely knowledgeable about German cars. Sean took care of my X3 and they have earned a customer for life. “I brought my car in for an alternator which he quoted me a low price for the overall job, inexpensive parts and labor. So I tipped them and I went on my way. But that night I threw a belt. And I came back in to see him the next morning and he installed a new belt immediately with no hesitation. And then he didn't want to charge me for it. He offered it free, can you imagine? So I threw him a 50 spot and went on my way. But the place is a good honest type of mechanic shop. And I recommend it highly.”

“I tried this auto repair center for the 1st time and to my surprise the owner is very good. They worked on my wife's Honda Accord EX car, cutch needed a new one along with master cylinder. Very reasonable on his price. He worked on my 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 4x4 replacing steering gear box & did a complete front-end suspension. If you need repairs on your vehicle give him a try, I was very satisfied with there work.”

The place was great except we had to wait for the person in charge ( owner) to check off that the repair had been done and clear us for the inspection clearance. It took a few times because he is busy doing too many things. In the end, it all worked out. Knowledgeable.”

“Absolutely OUTSTANDING service. My husband and I on a road trip and noticed the air pressure of our F150 was low in one of our tires. We stopped at a gas station and the automated air machine let more air out of our tires. We found this place on Google maps and headed over. “My daughter and I were Enroute from Tucson, Az to Florida & the service engine light comes on. We stopped at A Truck Stop and googled repair places (At 5pm). We called Almanzas Auto said we could drive over to their shop 4 miles away. Completely at his mercy, he could have sold us on any repair. We were in the middle of nowhere. The mechanic ran a full diagnostic, printed out an engine diagram and explained the misfire scenario. He spent 45 minutes with us and would take no money. I’ve never seen such service- what an asset not just to the community but to any motorists who run into a problem on I-10. We are so grateful for his knowledge, kindness and honesty.”
