I had a good experience getting informaron from the staff. They were very helpful and informative. Unfortunately, the day I was to get my breaks done, they were short staffed and the machinery was not working. I was recommended to go to another place. Which actually was a blessing in disguise and got a cheaper price.

My daughter and I were Enroute from Tucson, Az to Florida & the service engine light comes on. We stopped at A Truck Stop and googled repair places (At 5pm). We called Almanzas Auto said we could drive over to their shop 4 miles away. Completely at his mercy, he could have sold us on any repair. We were in the middle of nowhere. The mechanic ran a full diagnostic, printed out an engine diagram and explained the misfire scenario. He spent 45 minutes with us and would take no money. I’ve never seen such service- what an asset not just to the community but to any motorists who run into a problem on I-10. We are so grateful for his knowledge, kindness and honesty.

My wife and daughter were traveling to san antonio and the whole under carriage cover came off and started flipping around the wheel well. They limped over to almanza's and esteban was amazing and took great care of them and got them back on the road!

Auto shop prices bet high prepared to wait awhile for services in shop busy at times ,suggesting making appointment for services, but make time for vehicle extended service stay . Took my SUV for the same air conditioning problem I had serviced on 11/28/2023, found out it was another part of ac unit that may have been faulty by later was found April 1, 2024?

My van suddenly started dying at stop lights. I called and was told they were booked up for at least 3 days. I mentioned I was traveling back to Alaska and got "Bring it on in".Fixed my problem quick and reasonably priced.Great people, great automotive repair experience .

Very considerate and very accommodating.Drove me to a hotel and picked me up when the car was ready. They also spotted another issue that would have caused me big problems. The price was fair and I would reccomend them.

A gem of a shop! After hitting a coyote on my way to Austin, I called Alamanza to see if they could assess a suspected power steering fluid leak and make sure I was safe to continue. They got me right in. Jorge was friendly and chatted with me while I waited, and the others were very nice and accommodating of my lack of Spanish. Reasonably priced shop and good, honest people.Service: General repairs & maintenance
