There isn’t much I can say. If you can avoid your mail coming through this facility I highly recommend it.

I had shipped off a package that normally costs around $25 to ship to another state since I ship things off frequently. Well they have a new girl with short brown hair that has a bad attitude who rang up my shipment as $49 I ended up going back to figure out why it costed so much. The manager was nice but couldn't figure out why it was so high. He just told me that the older woman must not of hit it as a rectangler box on my previous packages which makes no sense! Two days later I realized the lady sent it as priority 2 day shipping and was playing it off as nothing was wrong. From now on I will be requesting the manager to check my shipping and not her.

Major kudos to the Clifton Post Office! It took 10 minutes or less to get my passport application completed and sent off today! They were so helpful and nice! I've always had a good experience with the people who work here.

Kristy was absolutely wonderful and made getting our passports a breeze. The customer service was night and day compared to Waco.

Today I was looking to ship two packages to California (3 lb's per package). When put on the scale I was given a price of about $7.50/package from the associate. Measurements were then taken of the package and entered into the PC and price shot to over $18/package. I was told by the associate this was a computer glitch that they were aware of. I was led to believe I would pay the $7.50 per package initially, and then the associate acted surprised at the price increase (even though they stated it was from a "known glitch"). Why give me the initial quote when you know the price will change because of this "glitch"? I believe they should have honored the original price I was given. If they knew that price was inaccurate, why offer it? Not a good way to do business.
