Great service cheap prices had to buy like 4 or 5 parts and honestly if I had to go to Napa or auto zone I would have probably spent double at least than what i did thanks O'Reillys china spring location keep up the great work also always clean inside

I was broke down need a starter for my work van she got under my car bump the starter we could not get it . Bought a part for my truck and it popped off so they didn't have the other so had to buy another part it then popped off again (CV SHAFT AND OTHER PART HAD THE CLAMPS THE STORE DIDN'T HAVE SO HAD TO BUY OTHER PART THAT HAD THE CLAMPS ON IT) it popped the clamps and the part came off while I was driving so yet again no vehicle for our transportation. Your guy at the store wanted to argure with me that it wasn't his fault that the part popped off yet the parts had a warranty on them and I wasn't happy with the outcome of your store clerk talking to me like I had no idea what I was talking about. His attitude was to sit and argue with me and not refund the money I spent on product that didn't work. I will take my business to AUTOZONE from now on.

You should know that if you but a battery here and it goes dead, you will have to wait an hour for them to charge it before they will replace it. Surely there is a device that will diagnose the state of a battery in less time.

Went in for 2 batteries for antique autos. Counter guy very helpful. Only had to buy 1 , because he successfully recharged the other one.

The customer service was excellent. Wish that the prices were little bit closer to online ( Amazon), but it is worth the human element, it's just the price of it is questionable
