Was recommended by where I purchased my car. Man inside talked to me like I was an idiot, saying even though Allstate told me to get an estimate he said it wouldn’t work. Asked me even if he wrote me an estimate how would I get it to them, told him I would email it. He said he guessed that would work but he was to busy to help me & that I would have to come back on another day. He may talk to me like I am stupid but I am smart enough to know if the first impression he gives me is “go away” trust me, I will go away and find another repair shop that will be happy to have my business

From start to finish this shop is amazing. They are wonderful. Hit a deer and they did the repairs on my little Chevy Trax. Owner was so kind and just over and beyond for us. Thanks so much for a great experience and the amazing job you did with our car. I will certainly not hesitate to use them again and will recommend them every chance I get.

The owner er is really nice and responsive. He has a lot of experience and can explain what needs to be done. I have taken my vehicles to him for hail damage and recommended others that have also used his services.

I have no idea why this company has such good reviews if they treat everyone the way they treated us yesterday, 12/22/22. There was an incident that resulted us getting bullied, yelled/screamed at, told they were going to call the cops, refused to take insurance and only cash, and were just generally terrible to us. The incident included at least 2 employees and at least 1 outsider.Our experiences had been pretty good prior to this, with no complaints, but this was abhorrent. Instead of treating a simple bumper tap, they said they would only replace the bumper. They didn't do anything more than look at it. That would've been fine if they would take insurance and do a legitimate quote, but they completely refused to.The way they treated us and allowed us to be treated by others while there is terrible. We will never frequent Clifton Collision Center again, and I hope you don't either.Service: Body & Trim

Smoked a deer and got my truck back in great time. Jim Matthews treated us amazing and the people there are very friendly and always go above and beyond even if it doesn't benefit them. Their prices are the best I've seen.I HIGHLY recommend you bring you vehicles here!
