The staff at this place makes top notch service feel comfortable and at home. The service department was courteous, thorough and very friendly. They checked all filters including cabin filter and oil, and detected a small oil leak. They advised to keep an eye on it and will take care as needed. Everyone was kind and helpful and knowledgeable. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Check-in and pickup process were quick and efficient. My service contact, Tony, did a good job communicating with me. This is the second time I have been to Douglas Chevrolet for service on my 2015 Colorado, I will return if needed in the future.

Top notch service. In today's world of the standard non- personal experience, this place makes you feel comfortable and at home. The staff is very friendly and KNOWLEDGEABLE ! I will not hesitate to return for any issues in the future.
