“Okay, I'd like to begin my review by saying that I'm a very, very particular and picky person, you can ask ANY BODY who knows me, and Bill's Secretary, April, can probably vouche for that!!.... now, I would like to mention that my pleasant experience began with my initial phonecall to The Shop when I spoke with April, she thoroughly answered all my many questions, and then she sat me up for an appointment. I delivered my car to Bill's Body Shop and Bill himself greeted me with professionalism and visited with me regarding my car's requirements. When I went to retrieve my car, I was pleasantly surprised that he had it looking shiny and new like show room quality! He even saved some of my deductible like he advertised, these days in today's economy every penny is helpful, thank you Bill! If I ever need more Body work on my car, I won't hesitate taking my car back to Bill's Body Shop and if anybody asks me if I know of a good shop, I'll be sure to recommend Bill. I would prefer taking my car to a small shop in a small town than to a large national chain or a dealership. You just don't get as good of service.
