If u want to piss ur money away or have ur vehicle come back to u worse than when u left it this place is for u ...Had brakes done 6 months ago after maybe a month they started squealing and two months later the calipers began popping had other issues with things being stolen ...said things were wrong that weren't paid for work they never performed ...if u want honest work with a more than fair price go to Billy's Auto Care in New Caney across from Bryant's Exhaust

This Shop I went by last week looking for some help for 2007 ford f150 . They charge me to put on the scanner to come up with nothing, then to tell me to just my truck because it was only a problem!

Wilkies has excellent customer service. They called and updated me as soon as they knew what was wrong with my car. They do excellent work and get it done quickly. I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle there.

This is not Wilke’s anymore. We didn’t find this out until after they worked on our truck. New owners that did not change the name. Definitely not the same quality if service. Our truck went into the shop with the air conditioning working fine. They fixed a completely different issue and now the air conditioner doesn’t work. It was listed on the bill that they took a part of the air conditioner off and then recharged it. Now the air vents blow hot air. When I asked about it they said they didn’t do that step. When I asked about the item on the bill, they blamed it on the computer billing. Do not take your car to this place! If I could give them less than one star I would.

This place is horrible and money hungry they charge you top prices for cheap parts that do not work! The owners are rude and don’t know how to talk or treat their customers! I do not recommend using this business they’re frauds!

Whatever Wilkie's was in the past is long gone. Been in twice this year and both times the bill was $300 to $500 over the estimate. Both times I asked to be called if something else broke or needed to be replaced and NO call. When I questioned the bill the comment was "well, what would you have done, told me not to fix it?" They have no respect and once they start work they do whatever they want to because they know that you have no choice but to pay the bill. To make it better, the solution to answering my questions was to hang up the phone. No respect for their customers and totally unprofessional.

I used this Auto Shop for the first time and found out, the parts they order were overpriced by this auto shop. The same parts would have cost me less then $60. The auto shop charged me over $400. for parts and labor. I spoke with other auto shop and the same work would have cost me, way less then what they charged me. It seem today with high inflation, we have Americans been hit hard by these kind of companies. I will never used them again...

Sat here for a alignment for over a hour only to be told there guy was having issues with another vehicle so they sent me to another shop with couldn't do my alignment either because my truck was too long. It's a F350 not a 18wheeler.
