This store sucks. I don't know why they have a money service section. No one is ever there, because they are always working in Money Gram or Returns. Then you have to wait for 15 minutes for them to finish with a customer. I've had them walk away from me, when I was next in line....to work in the returns section...because the other employee had to go to the restroom. It would have taken her 2 minutes for me to pay my bill. But instead she left me standing at the counter.
Nine times out of ten, mostly on Sundays, there are never any buggies. They're all in the parking lot. There's no one bringing them in either.
So exactly what is Walmart paying their employees for, in this store. (Cleveland, Tx) It sure isn't for making a shopping experience a good one.
I really HATE this store. They SUCK.

Apparently now you can’t return an item you bought in a different location because it messes with their inventory and now they expect you to fly out of town to return it to that same Walmart !

I went to get an oil change around 9am and it was closed, but the sign said 7a to 7p. Not sure why, but I went inside to buy a few things and tried again and it was still closed.
Didn't get my oil changed.

Can send notifications to pick your stuff up but can not send one that their running 2 hours behind until you're in the parking lot checked in for an hour. Then when ask why you get a smart mouth phone jocky girl that will not provide her name.

Went here to the Pharmacy to get my refills on some of my prescriptions and was early so had to sit on the benches for 10 minutes an soon others sat down too.
The staff promptly opened up on time and met us and the others with smiles and a heartfelt good morning.
Received my medications and exchanged pleasantries and bid me a Blessed day.
