They never deliver the packages and when they do they leave them somewhere else or you have to go to the office to pick them up

If I could I would give it 0 stars, it was my first visit to Cleveland, TX and the truth is that it was a very bad experience what I had to live with the person who attended me in front, her name is (Makeia) I have seen that several people have complained about the same treatment in this place with respect to her treatment with Latinos and I do not see them doing anything about it, I also want to thank the gentleman who works there, I do not have his name but I am sure that thanks to him there are still people like me who can solve what we want in places like those where Latinos are discriminated against. Just for not knowing how to speak English. That we do not know how to speak perfect English does not give you the right to at least try to understand what we are going to do there. ?

Poor service. The skinny lady with glasses is rude. Racist she told my dad this was the United States not Central America that he needed to speak English. We are all humans and we should respect each other no matter what language they speak. Her name starts with an M. I couldn’t get her name. She is a disappointment of a human.

Terrible postal services. They never pick up the phone but showed up in person and were rude stating they do pick up the phone and they haven’t heard it ring all day… maybe they should check the lines. Customer service is poor, the African American women in the front is rude and seems to hate her job. The younger gentleman was a bit more patient with better service etiquette. I’ve been waiting for a call for my mailbox key for 7 months and when I try calling with no surprise, no answer. My husband will be driving the 30 minutes to the post office in hopes our key is ready. It’s been too long with no communication and I need my mail. I’ve missed out on medication that I receive via mail (had to get it delivered to my job) & important documents because of this issue. United States Postal Service DO BETTER!!

Very bad service with the delivery of packages, the product is delivered in the mailbox and it is not in the mailbox, they put it in different lockers, the workers of this postal service are doing their job extremely poorly ??

Very rude,
The lady was so rude
It looks like she doesn't want to work.
I was requesting my key, I have my papers and she didn't care to look or find a way how to help.
Pls we need empathy, I came from Houston just for nothing.

They always say that they are going to my house to deliver my packages when that is not the case, they never deliver the packages at home, that is why I prefer that they come back and send them to me by another means. I do not understand why the government's things are so inept at doing their job. job that they don't pay well or they don't like their job it seems that to get into usps you have to be a despot it's a requirement

Went to pick up a package that could have been left at the mail boxes but they ut down the wrong house number and would not work with me on getting since it was under my sister name I had her on the phone and they still would not let me get the package

I am expecting a package for an install, gate is open, someone has been here since 8:30am. At 12:15 pm a “delivery attempted” notice was left that says no one was here to sign for the package. The truth is, no one came back our drive with the package to get a signature. I suppose they expect someone to stand at the mailbox waiting. The USPS “customer service” 800 number is no help whatsoever.
Now I have to wait until Monday and delay this install.

I am from Toronto Canada and I had an issue with a package and I called and a wonderful lady helped me find my package. She was so lovely and I just got confirmation. My package was delivered today. Thank you so very much Renee Your customer service was amazing. You were so shocked when I first told you I was from Canada. Thank you for finding my package and getting it to the farm family I love.❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have been living in Houston for 5 months and since then I have not been able to access my email. It took me 2 months for them to give me the key. Now that I have it, I don't know where the mailbox is. I sent them a message. I went and they don't speak Spanish. This whole mess is absurd. It is meaningless.

It's already happened twice. I have to act like the person delivering because they don't do their job right, packages from random people who have no relationship whatsoever to me or my family as well as no similarity in addresses. I understand the weather wasn9t the best these last days but nonetheless you guys could've delivered correctly or not at all. For example as of right now I have two packages still not delivered but I fully understand why the weather is awful but I know it's safe in the office not with a random person who may or may not want to deliver it like I did to those people's packages.
