Buyer Beware. Ordered part and returned core as instructed, did not receive core credit back. Called numerous times, left messages, calls not returned.

Purchased a Power Steering pump and sent back the core to a Dallas Address. Dallas sent $125 core charge back to Cleveland ,and they kept it. Fraud,plain and simple. Called many times. Got someone one time. No results.

I purchased a ZF power steering pump from steering rebuilders. I was billed $125 for the core. I returned the core to them within the 15 days with the proper paperwork and they refuse to refund my core charge of $125. I have tried to call them and e-mail them. They are not a trustworthy business. I would not recommend doing any business with them or you will get robbed as well. I also would go no stars if it was possible. I purchased a rebuilt steering unit in early Nov 2017 and it was a very nice quality unit and there was a $300 core charge. I returned the core and haven't received the $300 core refund. I called a couple weeks after returning the core I was told by Trev that it was being processed.Then later I was told the person that can issue the refund was sick. I have called several more times and left my number and have not received a return call. If I receive the refund I will post a positive review. Otherwise next time I will order thru the local fork lift shop or Midwest Steering. Posted Jan 09, 2018

ordered a box from them and now they wont answer the phone or give me my core credit money back , do not use them they suck on customer service.
