i gotta POA OVER SOMEONE IN PRISON I TALKED TO THEM ABOUT IT SHOWED THEM THE POA THAT WAS SIGNED IN PRISON AS WELL THE TDC ISSUED BADGE THEY SAID NONE WERE GOOD BUT I WAS LED TO BELIEVE EARLIER AFTER SHOWING THE POA IT WAS GOOD JUST NEEDED A ID THEN NOTHING WAS GOOD ALL FOR NOTHING

This is the most absolute worst bank.. my husband stopped to pull some of our rent money out.. the ATM kept his card.. he waited for a worker and she basically said there's nothing she can do.. so me being who I am I called up there.. she kept going on about its policy.. well there's nothing in that machine that states if the machine keeps a card from another bank that they can't give it back... but this woman was so hung up on policy. Well I let her know that not only did he have 7 different ways of proving who he is but that is basically theft.. so we can't get groceries, we're gonna be late on rent and we did shut his card down and we did report it stolen. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THE WORST BANK DO NOT AT ALL USE THIS BANK OR THE ATM
