Really bad customer service!!! The main lady who collects the payment always overcharges!!!! And comes after u in the parking lot for a tip!! The ladies do a horrible job doing nails, there aren’t sanitary!! Except for Marlene! If u go, only go with Marlene ( Hispanic lady), her work is always wonderful!! If u do tip her tip her privately because the other lady tends to take her tips away!!! Marlene is the only good nail tech in there and I’m pretty sure the only one qualified!!

Avoid this nail salon! Lady at the front desk isn't good with running a salon. Always putting people in front of us. The only time I've liked my nails is with a lady named Marlene if you ever go here ask for an appointment with Marlene. If you speak to Marlene ask for her number she may start being home based!

Avoid this place at all cost , I came and showed a picture on my phone it was a simple rose gold glitter tip I was asking for the same for my toes. She first sat me down and started ripping off my prior acrylic set with nail clippers she took off 3 nails and when to look for the color she came back none of them were rose gold she said I can do them pink asked her now much it would be she said to wait for until after she put the nails and then would tell me when she cut length. I told her short she quote me and outrageous price I then told her that I didn’t want the service any more. I was not going to pay for a color I didn’t want she then was like hmm I already took off those nails all mad and I said it’s okay I’ll pay for that and she was like I’ll take them all off for 15 and I said okay that’s fine. Big mistake she took the rest off very aggressively and now they look worse than when I came in and in pain!

My nail tech was amazing! I can’t remember her name (Marlene, Marlina? the beautiful hispanic woman with a tattoo on her arm). I asked for a simple almond french acrylic set and this is by far the best set of nails I’ve gotten down to the shape, color, lines and even my cuticles. She was also extremely enjoyable to talk to! Ask for her next time you come!

I was just here today 8/12/23 Lin did my acrylic set I let her know I'm scare of the machine And she was a little less rough with my fingers She was done in about 30minutes because I needed to go back to work and I really liked them nails were same size and correctly shaped with not too much pain involved Thank you I'll be coming back

My first time here and I wasn’t impressed. The prices are a little high for the product. I paid $60 for my nails that were only medium size. Not even that long. They’re very simple. And on the wall pricing it showed $50. Idk why I paid more for this ombre. It wasn’t exactly as the picture I wanted but they came out cute. I’ve had more satisfaction at other nail shops. Another client asked regular nail polish and they lady kept explaining why shellac is better for $5 difference. I believe just give the customer what they want & fix the wall pricing to show accurate prices.
