Omg where do I start. Since I purchased my 2013 Buick Enclave from this place I have been having so many issues. The first day the car shut off while doing a test drive, the guy that sold the vehicle told me to take it to the location in Houston so they could fix the issue. Which they did fix it, however 6 month later issues after issues after issues. Reached out to the dealership and was told it was nothing they could do. Long story short I was literally sold a lemon.... All the money I have spent on this vehicle for repairs alone is 6 months worth of car payments. I hate I wasted my money.

Your vehicles out front block the view from turning onto Main Street from side street. Park them better where it's safe for drivers to see oncoming traffic. We have called and asked you but you didn't care or make adjustments so here is your 1 star.

I was at my breaking point with car dealerships by the time I made it to Javy Auto Sales. I was just like many others in these reviews showing up at the last minute with my husband in tow, frustrated with pushy salesman. Weston could not have been more professional and helpful. All questions were answered, I was allowed to test drive and by the end of it had quite a few options that I felt were options and not vehicles I was being pushed into to make the sale.Weston sat down with us, put in the time & found the perfect vehicle. We were treated with respect, dignity and are very grateful. I drove away in a vehicle I love with payments that I could afford.I can say go talk to Weston. Give him a chance to put you in something. You won't be disappointed.

I have been having problems with my SUV since I got it. I have been putting money into getting something fix at least every other month. I was sold lemon vehicle. So dissatisfiled, it's a shame how car dealerships get over on you.

Been dealing with these people for two years now and to this day not one bad thing to say about them. The salesman Westin is awesome. He is all about customer service . He goes above and beyond what a salesman normally does. If your looking for a vehicle I urge you to go in and see him.He will go outta his way to get you approved and in a vehicle quickly with little or no pressure. His main goal is customer satisfaction. I give this place And him with an A+ for the excellent experiance!!!!!

Today I went in to look at cars that I wanted to trade my truck for and I was just looking and Weston was very nice and polite and he was willing to work with me and I ended up trading and getting a really nice car. He even stayed late helping me and I appreciate him, Weston is the best it was really calm and friendly willing to work with me even with my credit issues. Thank you Weston for being an awesome guy and staying late I would recommend you guys to anyone and everyone.

As I started the day yesterday looking for a car,having no luck after traveling all the way passed greens rd..as we're on 59 heading towards 105 Cleveland to go home,my husband said stop in Cleveland and see what they got..and me thinking o they won't have nothing im looking for and turned out they had just what I was looking for,after riding all morning...from the moment we got there we felt welcomed and Mr.Weston Williams is AWESOME and you will not be disappointed, you're going to leave with something nice guaranteed!! MR Weston Williams is the BEST at what he does!!

I went to look at the Chevy Malibu, but unfortunately it didn't work out like I wanted too, but Weston did go over other options and I did buy a Toyota Camry, which I like very much. Weston worked with me regardless of my credit issues. If in need of a car and need financing go to Weston, he'll put you in a vehicle.
