Bought a big decal of a skull on fire with a cool snake and barbed wire wrapped around it. Good price cool decal but it bubbled up in the heat and I had to remove it.

Well Orielly's is trying to recoup the money they spent on building another store on the other side of town. I am a commercial customer. Called about a battery charger a few days ago. With my price break being a commercial customer my price was only double what I can get the same exact charger delivered to my door for. Way to go. Only a few years ago 504 had 2 people working commercial full time balls to the wall. Now its one guy. Wont be long they wont need a commercial guy. Commercial Customers learn that when we price a job using parts from Orielly then our customer declines the repair because of parts pricing and they look it up online and see that delivered cost is 1/4 of orielly's pricing they give shops the ultimatum. Use parts we provide or we pick up our vehicle. We then have no choice but to allow it. Way to go Orielly. Your pricing is squashing our business and yours. Make a little on alot of sales or alot on a few sales is killing your commercial customers. Again Thanks for killing local shops.
