Went here today and was charged 57$ for a full set and asked for acrylic white tips and clear pink for nail base the tips to lengthen my actual nails were placed half way up my nail and then when she did the tips you could see the fake tips and the white that the lady did through it I was moved between 3 different lady’s for the whole visit and in the end had to settle for solid white shellac over acrylic because they wanted to charge me more to remove there mistake and then put nude on my nails verses the light pink to get a more natural look not a single discount was applied very unhappy and when I told the lady that she was like well u can come back and pay for another set and removal fee and do a different type now I look like I have white out on my fingers

Had an over lay this past week. The girl was new and made a mess of the nails Plus she charged me $60 . This is the second time I went to this place but it's definitely my last. No more chances.

I usually love coming to this place bc they do a very good job , but recently they have just been telling me that they can't do a specific design or that they can't do this or do that even if I come with photo to copy which I had no problem with until recently. Today the lady doing my nail messed up on my ring finger and refused to redo it and tried to cover up her mistake I was very upset with my service today!

Horrible services they charged me 75$ for a job done by a beginner learning how to do a set… ofcourse she messed up so bad and did not even want to give me a discount… Its not right to over price especially if they are stll learning…

Walked in asked for my nails to be taken off and redone so they sat me down took my nails off and got up and when i asked if my nails could be redone they asked me what i wanted then told me it was going to 30 45 minutes but yet one lady had just finished someone’s nails. walked out and still had to pay 10 for my nails to be taken off… didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me the wait when i walked in and told them what i wanted. NEVER GOING BACK!!!!

Giving a 3 because my nails do look pretty; however, my fingers all hurt due to the drill running too high & making my nails hot. The one that hurts the most is the one cut by the Emory board. And that’s the most I’ve ever paid for my nails.Service: Manicure

My daughter recommended because they did good for her. My son in law wanted to treat me & gave me $ to get my nails done. Giving a 3 because my nails do look pretty; however, my fingers all hurt due to the drill running too high & making my nails hot. The one that hurts the most is the one cut by the Emory board. The place doesn't look sanitary. I should have walked out... And that's the most I've ever paid for my nails. My daughter expected it to be $30 because she took her sister in law & they did beautiful flowers, longer nails and it cost $40. I was charged $51. I normally pay $32 plus tip at my regular salon. If I lived in Cleveland I would still drive to Conroe to get my nails done.

I stopped at this location for the first time to get my nails done. The nail technician not only stopped several times while doing my nails to text but also would not stop FaceTiming someone on her cell phone. I looked at my nails and they look horrible! I had to leave because I did not want the nail technician to mess up my nails anymore than what she already did. The nail technicians name was Anne.Services: Manicure

Everything… They suck, they are thieves I wanted a manicure and they put a thin coat of powered over my real nails and tried to charge me $55 the same price as a full set and I didn’t even get fake nails and it wasn’t even smooth it’s all bumpy and NEVER GAVE ME A MANICURE.Services: Manicure
